Meet Wednesday! This stocky 40-pound Bulldog/French Bulldog mix came to PK from another shelter while pregnant and quickly stole everyone's hearts with her irresistible personality and charm. Three-year-old Wednesday recently raised her puppies and is now ready to be the one receiving all the love and attention. Wednesday is the definition of an easygoing companion. She's low energy, gentle, even-tempered, and happiest when she's curled up next to her people—or better yet, on their laps. She adores human companionship. Like many bulldogs, she can be a little stubborn at times, but she's also eager to please and motivated by what matters most to her: people and food. Wednesday currently uses pee pads but will need some continued help with full housetraining. She does well with other dogs, cats, and kids, making her a wonderful fit for many different families. Prospective adopters should be aware that Wednesday's breed mix comes with some ongoing medical considerations. She has known skin issues and will likely face challenges related to her hips as she ages. I got grim at 3 months old from my coworker who had talked me into it, he is a purebred American Bully, he may even be an XL bully, I’ve had him for 2 years now and he is a sweet boy. He wants to make you happy, and he is a snuggle bug, but he is big and he doesn’t know he’s big. He must be watched when he is out because he will swallow any and every thing he can get ahold of. My girlfriend is small and he pulls while walking and when he gets excited I worry she won’t be able to handle him anymore. I work so I’m not home all the time to take care of him. I also am not able to give him his check ups and vet appointments like he should have. I am hoping to find a new home for him where someone can give him the life he deserves. Preferably somewhere with a fenced in yard so he can get plenty of exercise. He needs someone who has experience with large dogs. He is very friendly and loyal but needs a lot of patience, guidance, and attention.

We look forward to hearing from you Angel is one of the sweetest girls! While she has a sturdy build, she can melt hearts when she stares into your eyes and just craves petting and soft words. After a nap she usually gets a case of the zoomies that lasts for a minute or two. She likes to play but does not stay away from your feet very long as she races toward you full speed ahead and then sits at your feet, looking up with such expectation. Soft pets, especially under the chin and she would stay all day. Angel is totally crate trained and because of her leaning toward stealing things in the house, it would be a very good idea to keep her crated when a new owner is away from the house. She rarely, if ever, barks. Even when someone knocks on the door, she does not stir. So, if you are looking for someone to guard your house, this girl would welcome anyone --- family or stranger. This sweetheart has not had an easy start. It makes one wonder how she remained as wonderful as she is. This beauty is deserving of a very loving home that will offer her calmness, love, and safety.

Sundae is a beautiful middle-aged lady. You would never guess her age as she exhibits playfulness and excitement when exposed to the simplest things. Her gray and white coloring is lovely and her eyes are quite expressive and very enchanting. She is a strong girl who would fit with someone dedicated to using a harness on her and someone able to handle a little “tank.” Sundae is very sturdy and very smart! She has learned how to open some doors between rooms and is willing to explore everything. For her safety, crating her when you are not around would be best for everyone ---- for owners who do not want things stolen in the house and for her, as she believes everything is something for her! To say she makes us laugh every day is an understatement. This is one funny girl. Her eyes melt our hearts; thus, she does get away with some “stuff.” After her beginnings, it is difficult not to engage her. Her zoomies are powerful and she must let off that steam occasionally although it does not last long. Even outside, she plays a bit and then prefers to be in the house. That is probably because it gives her a sense of security. We believe that Sundae would be best as an only dog. While she gets along with her foster roommate, she is possessive of her food and her toys while in the company of another dog. She is fine with people in the same circumstances. She is crate trained and really a quiet girl. In her time being fostered we have her bark only twice. She will produce happy, happy grunts when she sees you --- so happy to see her “person”. If you are looking for a companion that will entertain you, who deserves all the affection in the world, Sundae is your girl.
