Meet Odin!!! He is A very special baby boy who loves to cuddle and play with all people and all dogs. He could really care less about cats. Odin is a solid 58lbs, crate trained, but needs some leash training. Odin has always been a good boy but his reason for needing a new home is not his fault. He got attacked by a 4lb Chi and did not fight back, but hit his little 4lb buddy with his big paw and that caused an injury. His previous owner realized it is not a good idea for Odin to live with Chi's. So Odin now finds himself with us and hoping for the perfect home, and we will make sure he finds it. We want Odin to have a fenced yard to run and have fun, he deserves that. If you think you can be Odin's perfect fit please contact me. The adoption fee is necessary to pay for Odin's recent neuter surgery.

Nala is also selective about dogs and would likely be better suited to a home without small children. Cuddlebug alert Hi everyone, my name is Maxi! I’m a 3.5-year-old, 45-pound American Bulldog/Coonhound mix. I may not be brand new here, but for the very first time, I’m getting to experience what it’s like to live in a real foster home — and oh my gosh, it feels wonderful. While I was staying in boarding, I became a staff favorite. They showered me with love, and I loved them right back. They even threw me my very own birthday party! I’m a polite little guy — I take treats ever so gently, and I know how to sit and give my paw. I’m also crate trained, potty trained, and when my foster mom calls my name, I trot right over to her. I walk nicely on a leash too! I’ve been told I’m dog-friendly, though I can sometimes be a tiny bit picky with intact males. I’m already neutered and microchipped so no one has to worry about those things. My favorite thing in the world right now is cuddling up with my foster mom and curling onto her lap like I’ve been there forever. If I could cuddle 24/7, I absolutely would! I love my tennis ball, I love my bones, and honestly… I just love being loved. When my foster mom came to pick me up, my whole body lit up with excitement. I wasn’t totally sure about the man she brought with her, but after he offered me a treat, gave me calm pets, and didn’t rush me, I decided he was pretty great too. I need a little extra time to warm up to men! The car ride to my foster home made me a bit nervous, but once my foster mom comforted me, I melted right into her arms. My foster mom says she’s going to take me on pup-cup adventures so I can learn to love car rides. I’m also still figuring out mirrors… those funny shiny things really keep me on my toes! Calvin loves getting attention, he'll bump you with his head so you notice and pay attention to him! He'll need a bit of leash work but is very eager to get to work! Loretta is an affectionate, intelligent dog. She is housebroken, crate trained and knows basic commands. She is spayed and up to date with vaccines. She is about one and a half years old and weighs about fifty pounds. She loves people and is great with children but needs supervision around small children due to her exuberance. I adopted her from a shelter where she was abandoned in the parking lot after hours. I am heartbroken to have to rehome her but she will not allow my cats access to me. She has not harmed them but she chases them away. She is tolerant of other dogs outside but not in the house. She is a wonderful dog but should probably be an only pet. I will include her kennel, bed and all supplies I currently have on hand. If you have room in your home and heart for an amazing dog, please consider adopting Loretta.
