I am a male 4 month old bulldog/heeler mix with ears for DAYS! Best guess is that I should weigh around 60 lbs full grown. I am a smart guy and learn things very quickly. I LOVE treats and am willing to do anything to get them. I know a couple cues like sit and working on shake. I come when called. I like to snuggle once all my puppy energy is run out. I also LOVE toys. I am looking for a family who will continue to do training with me so I can become the best dog I can be. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Lily is a petite (37lbs) adorably snaggletoothed bulldog mix who can be quite the little goofball. She is 3.5 years old and a perfect family member in the right home! Lily loves playing tug, fetching with her stuffs and getting all the treats and attention. She is great with dog-savvy kids and cats! Lily would be good in a home with a playful cat, as long as that cat likes playful dogs. Lily is potty trained and crate trained and would be your snuggle buddy all night long, if allowed. Lily can be playful and energetic but is also ready to laze away the day as a couch potato if that is what the day calls for. Lily needs to be in a single-dog family as she likes all the attention, but her adorable little snuggle tooth smile will melt you heart the moment you meet her. Story
Betty Boop is a fantastic little dog!  She was a wonderful mama to her two boys and is now looking for a family of her own. She LOVES all dogs and is quite exuberant about playing with them.  She has a big voice when playing and the most adorable smile!  Betty loves people too.  She is great with older kids and a world class hugger.   Betty really bonds to her person and would even do well as an only dog if she got to play with friends occasionally.  Betty is potty trained, walks great on a leash and loves to go on car rides.  Miss BOOP is a very affectionate wonderful companion and outdoor buddy!  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 27, 2024, 9:25 am

Story
Eleanor is the happiest girl around! She loves chasing a tennis ball or carrying around a stuffy toy in her mouth. She is very joyful and can keep herself occupied with a toy. She loves other dogs so much and does great in playgroups so far in our care! She leashes up so easily because she’s excited to go with you, wherever it is. Watch her personality and instantly fall in love: https://youtu.be/_QWX3635OxU?si=XHhPa4bwB_q7tMi_ Eleanor is very cuddly! She’ll get up on the couch and lay out with her head on your lap and just look up at you with her tongue hanging out. She is literally adorable. She is just so happy to be around you. She does calm down and cuddle for movies and bedtime. She knows how to sit for a treat, and she takes treats pretty gently. Overall, she has wonderful house manners and she learns quickly because she just wants to make you happy. Eleanor did great with my kids ages three and five but they are pretty dog savvy with large dogs so if you have kiddos you will want to make sure they are confident because she is a joyful girl who wants to play with toys so the children need to be able to tell her “no”. That’s all it takes. She is eager to please and she will listen. She’ll load up in the car on her own and does great riding in a crate in the car. We have not tried her free roaming yet. Eleanor has a beautiful, soft, shiny coat and so much personality with the looks on her face. She is such a joy to have around. Eleanor is believed to be an American bulldog pittie mix approximately 1 year old and currently weighs 67 lbs. She is a rescue dog with any rescue, it's always a mystery and we cannot guarantee breed or age. Eleanor is very dog friendly and wants to be friends with anyone and everything she meets and that includes dogs. She is playful and also respectful of dogs that are not playful. She does great meeting dogs for the first time on leash and you'll even catch her submitting to new dogs. She's a social butterfly and can sometimes come off a little strong when meeting new dogs and little dog but that really is how she meets the world. Eleanor is so happy all the time. She would do great in a home with other dogs or even in a home with out dogs. She doesn't need their company to feel confident or help her open up in new environments. She is confident all on her own! She is miss congeniality. We are willing to test Eleanor Russell with anything you need us to in order to ensure it’s the perfect match for you! We can make anything happen! Just let us know! This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We provide weekly socialization programs for our dogs through playgroups and group leash training classes available to all dogs in our adoption program, and Doggy Sleepover, Doggy Day Out, and Ambassador programs for our boarding dogs. There is a professional dog trainer on staff to provide support for our fosters and dogs, and an off-site dog trainer for dogs that need more extensive behavior modification. This helps us learn deeply about every dog, prepare them for adoption, and ultimately match them with loving families. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 25% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 5 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $62 surcharge for transport. Bruno is very playful, loves to play fetch. Eats Purina dog chow. Free feeds throughout the day. Has been losing weight and has a few skin tags in his back. Bruno is kenneled trained inside and outside. He loves playing outside but he will try to dig under the fence if there is another dog on the other side of the fence and if he’s not supervised. Bruno knows commands such as sit, shake, lay down. Do to personal reasons we are unable to keep him.
