He is a happy young boy on the hunt for his forever home—and trust us, this handsome fella is hard to forget. At a perfect medium size of 40 lbs, Casper is just right for adventures by day and super snuggling by night. His beautiful fluffy white coat isn’t just for looks… it doubles as a built-in space heater for those cold evenings.     Casper is housebroken (because he’s a gentleman) and gets along great with other dogs. He’s friendly, affectionate, and full of fun. One thing to know: when Casper loves you, he *really* loves you—which sometimes means enthusiastic jumping to say hello. For that reason, he’d do best in a home with older kids who can handle his excited greetings.     If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a big heart, a soft coat, and a personality as bright as his smile, Casper is ready to make your house a home.  Apply today!Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.    Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.Foster Program:    Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home.  For more information on becoming a foster parent, and our Foster Program, visit http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/foster/ or email our Foster Coordinator at foster@k-9lifesavers.orgSPONSOR ME! Help Save Lives!    Make a tax-deductible donation today and help save a life.
