Strap on your sneakers or hiking boots and grab your car keys as I need an active adopter to enjoy walks to help me release my puppy energy. I am a fetch champion and will run with one ball in my mouth to eagerly get to a second ball. A home with access to an enclosed area is a must for me because watching me run and play is a thing of happiness and beauty.Are you an agile person that can be my friend, coach, trainer and pack leader? I need an adopter with dog experience that can provide routine structure for me, planned outlets for my playful energy, calmness and loving touch. Story
Juno is a good girl. We got her about 4 years ago and she got along well with our other animals at the time, up until 2 years ago. Unfortunately, after giving birth to my child the stress of the new baby had caused a rift between Juno and the rest of the animals in the house. Her and my other large dog have to be kept separate for Junos safety. My 2 cats pick on Juno as well and corner her at times. I have tried to integrate her back into the pack but after a period of time the fights start again. Juno is always the one getting beat up and I think it's to time to find a more suitable home for her. She's around 80 lbs and full of love. She is slow to warm when meeting people but extremely loyal and sweet. She love's to play and go on walks. I want Juno to go to a home where she is the only animal and with older, calmer children that will respect her space.

Since then, we have been working tirelessly to get them to start trusting humans. While his life didn't have the best start, we are committed to making sure that Chad finds the loving home he deserves. Chad has made incredible strides here at the shelter, and we believe he is ready for a Foster or Forever Home! 🏡 What Chad Needs in a Home: Chad will thrive with an owner who can provide structure, confidence, and continued patience. Confident Owner Required: Chad needs a confident, experienced owner who can provide clear direction and stability. His new family must be willing to continue his training and socialization. He is an intelligent boy and is almost potty trained! Home Presence: Chad is looking for a home where someone can be present for the majority of the day, as he does not do well and can be stressed when crated for long periods. Child Restriction: Due to his fearful nature and specific behavioral needs, a home is required with no children younger than 15 years old. This is to ensure a calm and predictable environment for Chad. Canine Companion Criteria: Chad can live with another dog, but his companion must be a larger, confident dog who is between the ages of 3 and 5 and loves to play. Brutis, or Fruit Brute as he was warmly named by staff, is a brawny boxer mix and big love bug! I adore people and know sit and shake commands but I don`t quite realize my size. When I lay my head on your leg for body rubs the look of love in my eyes will go straight to your heart and melt it.I am a delightful, silly “wanna be lap dog”. I am a sweet, easy going, affectionate, animated 4 year old and I can be ready for an adventure or a game of fetch in a minute. My zoomies are superb and feel so good. I need a pack leader who is strong and willing to teach me patience and proper walking skills. I am working with everyone at the shelter to learn to stay down and since I am smart, I am already mastering this. I enjoy meeting friendly strangers.My previous owner passed away and I sometimes cry when I am taken back to my kennel. I miss not being at home because I bloom with human connections.
