Story
Meet Brownie — the sweetest girl with a heart of gold! This 8-year-old Staffordshire mix was rescued along with her seven puppies and proved to be an amazing mama. Now that her pups have all found homes, it’s Brownie’s turn to be loved and spoiled. Brownie is mellow, affectionate, and loves her walks (but can be leash reactive) and cuddle time. She’s house trained, smart, and eager to please, happiest when she’s close to her humans. She would thrive as the only pet soaking up all the love, but could also do well with calm, gentle dogs. After giving so much to others, Brownie is ready to finally have a family of her own — one that will cherish her as much as she’ll cherish them Fenced in yard is a must. Must be experienced with the breed. https://www.pawliferescuegroup.org/adoptable-pets/brownie Located in Pinellas County, Florida

Please visit our website for more information on the foster/adoption process. https://www.pawliferescuegroup.org/adoption-resources Meet Rocky — Loyal, Loving, and Ready for His Forever Home! 🐾 Rocky is a 7-year-old Pit mix with a big heart and an even bigger personality. He’s housebroken, obedient, and loves being around people. This handsome boy enjoys walks, running around the yard, and chasing lizards, but he’s happiest relaxing indoors with his humans. Rocky is neutered, up to date on shots, and healthy—except for a mild seasonal ear allergy. He would do best as the only pet in the home, as he prefers to have all the love and attention to himself. With proper introductions, he can get along with another calm dog, but no small pets or young children due to his high prey drive and nervousness around little ones. If you’re looking for a loyal companion and devoted friend, Rocky is ready to be your shadow and protector. 💛 📩 Rocky needs a foster or forever home—could that be you? No medical conditions except for a seasonal ear allergy on occasion. Located in Pinellas County, Florida.

Story
Meet Annaliese: The Spirited Pup with a Heart of Gold! At around 6–12 months old, Annaliese is a sweet, strong, and energetic puppy who’s full of potential! She’s looking for a home ready to guide her with love, patience, and structure as she grows into the amazing dog we know she can be. Annaliese knows “sit” and is working on “off” and “down” with treats as motivation. She’s also learning house manners, including bell training for potty breaks and waiting for an invitation to join you on the furniture. She’s perfect in her crate and quiet as a mouse, though she’s a little protective if the cats get too close at night. Annaliese is non-stop fun right now and needs help learning how to “chill.” She loves exploring but is happy to snuggle once she’s burned off some energy. Annaliese’s strength and excitement could accidentally knock children over. She’s also working on her leash and car manners. She’s curious about her feline friends and needs guidance to learn gentleness. Annaliese is scared of corners and needs a family to help her feel safe. She’s also learning how to jump into the car on her own. Like any puppy, Annaliese loves to explore and sometimes finds things she shouldn’t chew on. With direction, she’s already making progress. Annaliese hasn’t had much interaction with other dogs yet but may do well with the right introduction. Annaliese’s growing every day—she just had her first cuddle session. She’s even learning to leave her ? alone (gross but true puppy behavior). Annaliese is full of love and personality, but she’s a work in progress. With someone willing to invest in her training and give her plenty of playtime and snuggles, she’s going to be the best companion. Ready to take on the adventure of raising a spirited pup like Annaliese? Apply to adopt her today! ?
