MEET BUNNY  One year old. Beautiful, bold, and a little bit of a wild child.  Bunny is the kind of girl whose whole body wiggles the moment she sees her people. She’s gorgeous inside and out — playful, affectionate, and full of life. A true wild child in the best way, Bunny brings energy, joy, and nonstop smiles wherever she goes. Currently with a GA foster home, she loves morning kisses, backyard zoomies, and being involved in everything her humans are doing — whether that’s exploring outdoors, going on adventures, or crashing hard for cuddles after a busy day.  Her start in life wasn’t easy. Bunny came to us as a stray, severely underweight at just 16 pounds and battling parasites. With proper vet care, consistent nutrition, and a whole lot of love, she’s made an incredible transformation. Today, Bunny is healthy, confident, thriving — and ready for her forever home.  Bunny at a Glance: 1 year old Spayed, fully vetted & healthy Dog-friendly Best with kids 15+ due to her enthusiastic, wild-child energy Not cat tested yet As the holidays approach, Bunny’s biggest wish is simple: a family of her own. A home that will embrace her beauty, her energy, and her joyful spirit — and love her for exactly who she is.  Could Bunny be the missing piece your home has been waiting for? Story
You’d never know that Chyna is our senior pup in the rescue (11-12 yrs old) – she is still likes to play and but she is pretty low maintenance and is mellow and content lounging around – the best of both worlds.  Chyna’s BIGGEST requirement is she needs to be the only pet in the house – no other dogs or cats.  She has been back with us for over a year now and we really want her to find a home to call her own.  Currently in a VA foster home, she loves to be with people and snuggle and she deserves a perfect family and home to call her own! Story
Peanut Butter is an affectionate, people-loving pittie estimated to be around 5 years old and currently in a foster home in New Jersey. She’s great with kids, though she can be a bit bouncy, so a home with children aged 5+ would be ideal. Peanut Butter has been with us for a little over a year, so we know she loves with all her heart. PB is looking for a home where she can be the Queen of the Castle—meaning no other pets—but she’ll shower her new family with plenty of love and devotion. This couch-loving pitbull would love to have her own sofa to lounge on. She’s a big fan of toys and long walks. Peanut Butter is a true gem, and we know her perfect family is out there.  All of our animals are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, de-wormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heart-worm tested, and treated if necessary. Story
Max and "brother" Bear are a bonded pair. Max was originally adopted from PMAR as a puppy, but when the owner contacted us about returning him due to illness and no longer being able to care for him, they asked if we could also take Bear. We said, yes, because we knew Max was losing the only home he had ever known, so we didn't want him to lose his brother, too. Bear is a little more reserved than Max (who is very outgoing and friendly), but they truly love each other and we want to keep them together. We would like to find them a home with a nice fenced-in yard where they could run and play. Bear is oblivious to cats, but Max is a bit reactive, so a kitty-free home would be best. They seem to get along with other dogs. Both pups are strong and need work on leash manners. They are neutered up-to-date and ready for a home to call their own! Meet Piper!  This 4½-year-old pittie mix is full of love, energy, and personality—all she’s missing is her forever family.  Piper came to us when her previous owner could no longer care for her, and she’s been thriving in her foster home near Binghamton, NY. She’s happiest as the only pet in the home (she likes being the queen ) and would do best with older kids who can keep up with her playful spirit. She’s spayed, fully vetted, housebroken, and crate trained—basically, the total package! Piper loves to run, play, and would make the perfect workout or adventure buddy. While she may be a little shy at first, once she trusts you, her goofy, affectionate side shines through. Piper is ready to trade her foster digs for a forever castle of her own. Could that be with you?  All of our animals are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, de-wormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heart-worm tested, and treated if necessary. Story
Specter has been patiently waiting for the right home. He’s a giant puppy at heart—silly, goofy, and full of personality, with the silliest faces and the softest speckled ears you’ll ever touch. It appears Specter missed some early manner foundations, but he’s eager to learn and truly wants to please. He does best with confident, consistent leadership and is currently on a behavior plan to help channel his puppy energy and build manners. He listens well when corrected and thrives with clear guidance. Specter is housebroken, loves toys, belly rubs, naps, and car rides. He likes other dogs but can be a bit picky about sharing space, and he can get overstimulated on leash sometimes, so a confident adopter is best. For now, he’s looking for a home without young kids while he continues learning. In the right hands, Specter is a very good boy with tons of potential—and more than ready to find his people. Please consider adopting him!
