Story
Hello all, I am looking for a good home for my sweet dog Nala. I am moving to the other side of the country for grad school and I wasn’t able to find housing that would allow me to bring her in time. Nala is 4 years old. She is pitt lab mix and about 60 pounds. I’ve had her all her life. She is energetic, sweet and cuddly. She is spayed and very well trained. She knows sit, stay, lay down, come here, speak, shake, off, down, up, and heel. She is crate trained and food motivated. She is up to date on all of her shots and vacs. Nala loves children, wading in water and taking naps. It would be a great help for her and me if I can find a good home for her.

Story
This handsome pup is Walter. He is a mixed breed who is approximately 9months old. Walter is a bit shy but does warm up quickly and his playful, energetic personality shines through. Walter did not get a lot of socialization as a young puppy, so many things are new to him. We are looking for a home that may have another well behaved dog for Walter to pal around with. Walter would also enjoy some older kids to play with. He loves playing in the LHS yard with the other dogs so a fenced yard would be a plus. He does need work on leash walking and learning basic commands. Please make sure you have the time, energy and patience to dedicate to him. If you would like to meet Walter, stop in during open hours Wednesdays 6-8pm and Saturdays 12-3pm. She is high energy, but also a snuggler. She loves to play with her toys. She is crate trained while we are gone and at night time, does very well in her crate. We never hear her bark. Sometimes has the tendency to play a little rough but we have been working on that with her.

Story
Allow me to reintroduce myself, my name is Y-O-S to the HI (formally known as Lombardi). Due to no fault of my own I am back with the hoomans that saved me. I’m a three year old pitty who is great with all people and dogs (cats are unknown but can be tested upon request). I’m an excited and playful little guy who is still working on his jumping so I may do best in a home without toddlers so I don’t accidentally knock them over. I promise I’m doing my best though! While I do still need some guidance with my mouthiness, I’m getting better at it every day. My good qualities? I have plenty of those! I already know sit, lay down, come, and how to take a treat nice. I also walk great on a leash and do great in the car! The hoomans that saved me have been working soooo hard on making sure I’m ready to go into a great home! Speaking of, did I mention that I come with two free training sessions?! My favorite hooman says that I’m the perfect dual purpose dog. I’m good to cuddle on the couch or I would do great on a hike or adventures (although I am still recovering from a leg injury so it would have to be a couple of weeks before I can go hiking or adventuring so limited exercise for me until then please!). One other thing, I can be a little nervous meeting new people but it doesn’t take me very long to warm up to new people! I do tend to warm up to women faster than men. But once we are friends, we are friends forever. I have never met a human I didn’t like! If you’re interested in meeting me and seeing how great I am in person, please contact my agents on Adopt A Pet or give them a call at 716-827-6412.
