Story
We adopted Ty almost 2 years ago. He is ok with older kids. Probably ages 5 and up. I was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune condition that makes it almost impossible for me to walk him anymore. He’s energetic and requires patience. He is a VERY sweet boy who had never snipped at me or my children. He wants to please people but is high energy and will need a fenced yard to run. I’ve not taken him to a dog park and am unsure how he will be with other dogs but I suspect he will be fine. He will most certainly be a great dog with proper exercise and love.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Avery is a 5 year old, female, boxer mix. Avery is a smart and sensitive girl who needs a moment to learn you're a friend; and then she is all-in! She loves her daily walks - especially when she can use her very good sniffer! And if a walk is not in the works, she is happy to just romp in the yard. Avery walks beautifully on leash and is working on her basic obedience which she would love to continue in her forever home. Although she's appropriate with other dogs in play groups, she'd flourish in a home where she can shine as the only pet. Avery wants what every dog wants: a safe and comfortable home where she can be loved. If interested in Avery, complete an application at buffalocares.org Adoption Fee: $425     RR048Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.All dogs come fully up to date on shots, microchipped, heart worm tested, de-wormed, on flea and heart worm preventative, and spayed/neutered.  If interested in learning more or adopting please fill out an application on our website at www.buffalocares.org. Story
Meet Rosie, a super sweet girl with a heart as big as Texas! Rosie had a bit of an adventurous stint as a stray, but now she's all set to find her perfect forever home.Rosie is a furry socialite who gets along wonderfully with her fellow doggie pals. However, she does have one little quirk—cats and Rosie aren't exactly a match made in heaven. Those frisky felines tend to trigger her playful chase instincts! When it comes to humans, Rosie is a total cuddlebug. She's convinced she's a lap dog and won't hesitate to hop right up for some quality snuggle time. But here's the fun part: Rosie's got a spirited teenage attitude. When she's told ""no"" or caught doing something she shouldn't, she's not one to back down quietly—she'll talk back with all the sass!If you're ready to bring a sweet and silly addition to your family, Rosie is more than prepared for her forever home. And yes, she's absolutely transportable, so don't let the Texas distance discourage you, transport only costs $230. Apply today and let the fun begin!*Disclaimer: This pet is located in Texas. Once adoption is finalized the pet will be transported to the adopters location for an additional fee (currently $230-$250).* The adoption fee helps to cover some of the cost of vetting the animal prior to adoption (spay/neuter, microchipping, and up to date vaccinations). Please fill out an adoption application to be considered for adoption. https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=ch2817&method=online_form_html&formid=41

Brooke is a wild child that needs plenty of toys and space to run. She’s amazing with kids, ok with other dogs, and we’re unsure about cats. We’re looking for a new home that’s caring and has the time to give Brooke the attention she deserves.

Story
Alpha and Omega are a bonded pair of Boxers! They are actually littermates so that means they have never lived apart. They are absolutely the sweetest dogs! Omega just can't give you enough love! They completely adore each other, sleep together, play together and simply can not live without each other. We will NOT separate bonded pairs. Both are house trained and crate trained. Neither are cat friendly. So a no kitty home is needed. Boxers in general are high energy dogs and these two are no exception. A fenced in yard will give them the room and safety they need to burn off their energy and space to do their doggie wrestling. Alpha was repeatedly attacked by another dog in his home therefore he is very cautious around other dogs. He would do best if his new home doesn't have another dog. Both were around children but not toddlers. They do well with older kids. Our dogs are fully vetted. This includes spay or neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, rabies, microchipped, Heartworm and Lyme tested, worming, flea treatments, Heartworm prevention started and any other medical care needed. Our adoption fee also includes 6-week group obedience class (value $125.) If adopting a puppy under age we cover spay/neuter at 6 months. Adoption for BOTH dogs $300.00 To apply to adopt: Visit our website- www.caninepartnersprograminc.org Click Adoption tab- Read about our adoption process and requirements then complete the adoption application by clicking on the rescues face. Their info will pop up with an application button. Canine Partners Program, giving dogs a second chance at a happy life with our rehabilitation program!
