I adopted Herman from the Austin animal shelter about a year ago, they estimated he was about 2 which makes him coming up on 3 years old now. I’m looking for him to go somewhere where he’ll have access to a big yard, he loves to run around and play with you and toys, he’ll go on walks with you or just chill on the couch after he’s tired from playing! He very much wants to make you happy and is very lovable! I’d say he’s energetic to a point when he gets tired from playing so much and wants to cuddle on the couch.

My pet's name is Orus. He is an affectionate and very friendly dog. He pays a lot of attention to the orders they give him. He doesn't do his needs inside the house. He always warns when he wants to go out. He doesn't bark or fight with other people, neither dogs or cats. This young man is one year old and is ready to be in any environment. He adapts well.

My brother recently lost his job and is unable to take care of Roux anymore. I am currently taking care of her but I have two dogs of my own so cannot keep Roux forever. She gets along and plays a lot with my medium sized dog but chases my small dog and I have to keep those two separated. Roux is a big goofy girl but can be skittish. She's about 6-7 months old and will need someone who can put some time and effort into training. She hasn't met too many new people and takes a bit to warm up to someone new, so it will likely take more than 1 meet and greet to get on her good side. She's a pretty chill dog, loves belly rubs, and very loyal. Up to date on shots, but hasn't been spayed. She knows basic commands. Still working on fully potty training, my brother used puppy pads with her. She does fine in a crate and she's pretty good with walking on a leash as well. I don't recommend households with small children or small dogs.

Acyn is a very sweet 11 month old pitbull. He has a lot of energy and loves to play with pull toys and toys that makes sounds. He does not like to share his toys so he takes them to his rest area immediately after playing. He likes all of the attention but he doesn't demand it. He's ok stepping back until its his turn. He knows "sit" and he stays away from the food bowl until directed to eat. He loves his treats so he runs straight to his resting area to get them. He has to be on a leash when in an open area without a fence but he's very cautious. His new family needs to be able to have time to focus on him and play with him. He needs space to run around and having another pet for him to play with would be great but isn't required. Please be nice to him. He really is a sweet puppy.

We’ve had him since he was a puppy, but sadly need to rehome him due to allergies in the family and limited time to give him the care he deserves. He’s been an outdoor-only dog his whole life and is not house-trained. Kai really enjoys being around children, he gets excited and wants to greet them with kisses and tail wags! However, he doesn’t yet know how to stay calm with little ones and sometimes jumps up with his front paws to lick their faces. He’ll need a patient home that can help him learn gentle manners. Kai is very food-motivated and loves relaxing in the shade. He’s not interested in other dogs and prefers to have his own space.
