All she wants is to be with her humans at all times. This sweet girl was found in a Lowe’s parking lot in south Texas. Unfortunately she was not microchipped and after many weeks and attempts to find an owner, no one came forward for her. Now she’s more than ready to be adopted into a home that will love her and keep her safe forever! This girl is very playful and loves fetch but can make her own fun out of anything! She would love an active home that can give her exercise or to learn a job to help her humans. She is good with dogs and currently lives with multiple other dogs in the finder’s home. She gets excited around cats and kids, so she will need some guidance/ training but very doable with her smart personality. Birdy is estimated about 1 year old and only 40 lbs. Story
Looking for a forever home for Roux. She’s a sweet pittbull puppy (about 5 months old). Loves belly rubs and playing tug of war. Work schedule has not been working with having a puppy and she’s left alone for too long. She knows “sit” and “down” but other than that is untrained. She’s been trained on using puppy pads. My sister has two dogs and Roux gets along with them but hasn’t been around a lot of other dogs. Hasn’t been around children so unsure how she would do.

Story
I adopted Maverick from the WILCO Shelter, and while the experience wasn’t the right fit for me, Maverick himself is truly a wonderful dog. He is sweet, loving, and playful, and he forms strong bonds with his people. He is house trained, loves playing fetch, and enjoys cuddling. Maverick does experience anxiety with crating and does best without one. He is dog-reactive and currently pulls on the leash and struggles with consistent command-following, so he would benefit from continued training and an experienced, patient owner. With structure and time, he has great potential. Due to recent personal life changes, I’m finding it difficult to give Maverick the time and attention he deserves. My goal is to find him a loving home where he can receive the consistency, exercise, and affection he needs. He is a very good boy and would thrive with someone who can invest in him.

Story
I adopted Herman from the Austin animal shelter about a year ago, they estimated he was about 2 which makes him coming up on 3 years old now. I’m looking for him to go somewhere where he’ll have access to a big yard, he loves to run around and play with you and toys, he’ll go on walks with you or just chill on the couch after he’s tired from playing! He very much wants to make you happy and is very lovable! I’d say he’s energetic to a point when he gets tired from playing so much and wants to cuddle on the couch.

Pippi is a beautiful 4.5 years old bluenose pit. Shes the sweetest, intelligent, most playful pit you'll meet. Loves fetch and if you throw the ball will bring it back to you all day long. She truly loves to please. A water dog at heart and a very curious explorer. She knows sit, shake, spin, lay, come here, go to bed and more. If you ask want to go on a walk she will get excited because she knows what that means. She gets so excited (in a good way) with strangers that she has a tendency to want to stand up on her hind legs and put her paws up on them. Sometimes she struggles when meeting new dogs with initial encounters but warms up quickly. Unfortunately I've not had time to work on her socialization as much as I'd like, though her jumping with new people has improved. Id love someone who can work with her. She has all shots with records.

asper is 2 years old and made almost entirely of love. He leans in gently like he’s known you forever, gives soft kisses without asking for anything in return, and settles in like your lap was made just for him, even if he’s a little too big. Even when he doesn’t quite fit in the dog bed with his foster sister, he’ll squeeze in just to be close and cuddle.Jasper’s orange-red brindle coat looks like it was painted by a desert sunset, and his heart is just as warm.
