NEED TO REHOME A.S.A.P- Roxy is a 3.5 years old, grew up with kids in the house, crate trained, potty trained, loves to play with toys. She is a rough player when it comes to other dogs. She loves the water, car rides, playing outside, and dressing up. She loves to sleep with you (if allowed). She is fixed, vaccinated, and chipped. Comes with her crate, collars, and blankets. Just ask that she is taken care of and goes to a good home that will love her as our family does!

Story
I found her at a local park and did not want to leave her there. The vet said she was about 1 1/2 years when I took her about a year ago so she’s probably around 2 1/2 now. We are currently too busy to give her the attention she deserves and would like to find an adopter who can provide that for her. She is energetic and playful and love the dog park.

Story
Welcome Ebony Ann to CCPAL Rescue. She is a 10-year-old Pit Bull mixed dog. Ebony Ann spent 6 years at Lytle Animal Care and Control. The Animal Control Officers loved her and hid her from euthanasia every time they were over crowded due to her very sweet personality. This time she was at the end of her very long rope. She called Lytle home and they were pleading for a rescue to take her to give her a chance at her forever home. CCPAL answered that call. Ebony Ann loves car rides, is potty trained, good on a leash and loves all humans. She is ok with non-dominant male dogs but she would love to be an only dog. She would be perfect for an older couple looking for a walking companion and one that would allow her to go in the car places. She would be great for a truck driver as a companion dog. She has a little growth on her bum but we would use her adoption fee to remove it. The vet has looked at it and says it is only a cosmetic procedure and does not cause pain and is not an issue for this dog. She is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally. We can also work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 200 and transport is 200. This girl has lots of love, walks and good times to give her new family. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states. Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Online applications at www.ccpal.info/ See her cute video!!

Story
Welcome Tucker to CCPAL Rescue Foster Program. Tucker is a 1-year-old Pitbull dog. He was found as a stray on the construction site and a wonderful good Samaritan found him and is fostering him until he finds his forever home. His hair is super soft and his is gushy sweet. He warms up slow to new people and is very bonded and loyal to his human. He has an adorable underbite. He would be willing to wear outfits and hats if it is what his human wanted. He is great on leash and doesn’t pull and he is good in a car. He doesn’t shed and is a very very clean boy. He likes to keep his feet clean and really manages to stay out of any messes other dogs would normally get into. He is good in his crate and he is potty trained. He currently lives with other dogs but he is jealous of attention. His best home would really be where he can be the only dog and get all the snuggles from his family. I think a quieter home over the family that has a loud bustling group of people in it. He would be perfect for the single woman or man who would like a companion animal to walk, jog hike or cuddle with. He doesn’t need lots of exercise for happiness. He is an inside dog and loves to be in the house next to his person. He can stay in his crate while you work. He can also be trusted outside his crate. He is healthy, vaccinated, neutered and ready for his forever home. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally. We can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 300 and transport is 200. Story
Welcome Chata to CCPAL Rescue foster program. She is a 2-year-old Pocket Pitbull mix. She weighs about 45 pounds. She is stocky and muscular with a gorgeous and shiny coat. She is potty trained, knows sit, good on a leash, good in a car and good with other dogs big and small. She has nice clean teeth and will not need a dental any time soon. She is lower shedding and very adoptable. People that love this breed will love the looks of Chata. Chata was found as a stray by a landscaping company. This good Samaritan has taken her in and is doing a great job working with Chata to give her important skills to make it easy for her adopter. She is now in boarding waiting for her forever home. She is not too vocal and will be an easier dog to bring in because she already has some skills. She is in a foster home that owns a boarding facility so she gets a good amount of attention and one on one care. She is an ideal weight, healthy, vaccinated, spayed and heartworm negative. She would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older. She is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get Chata to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 300 and transport is 200. Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Online applications at www.ccpal.info/ See her cute video!!

Story
Welcome Dozer to CCPAL Rescue. He is a gorgeous Pitbull/ American Bulldog. He is about 3 years old. He is decent on the leash and is kennel trained at the rescue. He would be a great companion for some lucky family. We would love him to go to a family that is familiar with the Pittie and or has had one before. He has energy but he is a great lounger as well. If you had a fenced yard, he could do a few laps and be ready to sit at your feet while you read. He would love to join you on jogs, walks or hikes. He also would like to it by you while you read. He is healthy, neutered and vaccinated. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get Dozer to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Story
MaryAnne had a rough life starting out. She arrived at our rescue as a very hyper, unsocialized young dog who also had her ears cropped (not by a vet). She has blossomed into a happy, friendly and little clamer dog. But she still has lots to learn.

Story
Hi, I’m Winifred!I’m a rambunctious American pitbull mix about 3 years old and weigh about 50 pounds. I’m currently living with my foster parents and their 4 dogs, getting an opportunity to learn all kinds of new tricks and how to be polite in the house and on the leash. Currently I know how to sit and shake, I am working on learning down and to have good leash manners. I enjoy being in my crate and don’t mind spending time in there to relax. I love to spend time with people, give kisses, get pets, play with my foster fur-siblings, destroy squeaky toys, and chew on bones. When I meet new people I get a little excited and want to jump with happiness but I am working on giving happy wiggles instead. I am also excited and loud when I see other dogs around when on walks, so my foster dad who is a K9 trainer is making sure I learn my manners. I would enjoy the chance to love your family!IMPORTANT: Please read all below, especially if you live outside of Texas, which is where our rescue is located.Apply to adopt on our website: https://www.charmingpetrescue.org/adoptAll of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats. If you are seeing our pets posted in your state, that's because you live near a transport stop, they are not currently at that location. Petfinder lists our pets as ""Out of Town"" pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it. You can read more about transport here: www.charmingpetrescue.org/transportWe understand transport is not an option for everyone, but we offer it at the cost we pay the transport company for those who wish to adopt from us.
