Story
I have an 11 year old cat that is very well loved. He is very affectionate and easy going. He is pretty quick with adjustment also (we moved several times). We unfortunately cannot keep him due to my four-year-old having cystic fibrosis and has many lung problems. We have been trying to keep the cat away from her, but unfortunately, even the smallest amount of pet dander is an irritation to her. We also have a newborn on the way. He may be 11, but still has a lot of spunk and playfulness. He loves little catnip play mice. But he also loves to snuggle on your lap at night. Please help to find a forever home.

Story
Mittens is being surrendered to our rescue due to too many animals in the home. She is utd on vaccinations & spayed. She is an independent cat, who will snuggle with you occasionally. She might need a little work with litter training, it is intermittent, but it is probably due to the number of cats in the home vs. the number of litter boxes. She is about 3 years old and weighs about 8lbs.

Story
Teddy and Bitsy came to us with two other siblings after we TNR some local cats. Two siblings got adopted and we are looking to find the remaining two a home that will take both as they are bonded. Teddy is a chill dude who wants to snuggle you and sit on your shoulder. He allows man-handling and is good with other cats. Bitsy can be a bit more shy but she quickly warms up, especially once she sees Teddy getting attention. Bitsy likes to sit on your lap and snuggle while you are on your computer. The adoption fee is $100 per cat as they are both spayed/neutered and up to date on shots.

Story
Hershal is 3 years I had him and his brothers since they were born. They went to another home but wad returned so I kept them and they go inside and outside. Hershal has FIV and needs to be indoors, which isn't feasible for me. We are looking for an experienced adopter to give him a home indoors. Preferably someone with a cat or cats already. I would be willing to send one of his brothers with him for the right home. If it doesn't work out for some reason I can take them back. And try rehoming him again. I would really appreciate updates to know how he is adapting to his new home and am willing to help when needed.

Story
***Courtesy Post*** Meet Blu, a stunning Russian Blue/Bombay cat. Blu is very sweet, and snuggly, and opinionated, lol She loves to be petted and showered with lots of attention. She also likes treats and catnip! Blue is not comfortable in loud and busy environments. Blu must be adopted with her pretty sister Stormi. They are litter mates and have been joined at the hip since birth. They would be lost without each other, and we are seeking a home that would welcome both of them. The "only" reason their owners are making this heartbreaking decision is because they had a baby a year ago and since then Blu has had behavioral issues with peeing outside of the litter box. Please don't cast judgment. The owners have tried everything and in situations like this I have found that the cats are stressed too and it is not a healthy environment for anyone. Although Blu is very gentle she has had a hard time adjusting. Because of this we feel she would be best in a quiet home without small children. Story
This handsome boy was the first cat I rescued from a situation in Orwell. I was just going there to take food for the cats until I saw Freddy's stomach. Freddy had been attacked by an animal and had several infected open holes over his stomach area. It has taken time, meds and love to heal him, but he has healed and is looking for his forever home. Only the best will do for Freddy. Freddy is the sweetest cat and very social and outgoing. He is good with other cats and dogs and is looking for someone to love him and keep him safe. . Freddy is about 3 years old, neutered, and has tested negative for leukemia/FIV. To meet Freddy, Kathy Deptola Animal Rescue 440 862 0610, kdanimalrescue@gmail.com

Story
This sweet and petite, 2 year old little girl will steal your heart. She was the second cat that I took along with Freddy from her home due to her injuries. Lilly was rescued from a situation in Orwell where their owner is a senior citizen and wasn't able to care for or feed her pets anymore. I took her that day because her left front leg was at least twice the size of her other leg due to an infected bite wound. I can only imagine the amount of pain she had to be in. Lilly and her friend Freddy were the best patients I could have asked for. It took a lot of time, meds and love but Miss Lilly has fully recovered and is now ready for her forever home. Lily is listed as "special needs" only because she can sound congested. We have had her on different antibiotics and it appears that this might just be how she is going to be. Lily has a beautiful and "loud" voice when she purrs. It is so surprising the first time you hear it because she is so tiny, lol. Lily has been spayed, vaccinated and has tested negative for leukemia/FIV. To meet Lilly, Kathy Deptola Animal Rescue 440 862 0610 kdanimalrescue@gmail.com
