I found Dashi eating garbage in the middle of the street last year. I took him to the vet and discovered that he has an owner, however they had originally adopted him to use as a mouser for a basement in a business that closed. We decided to try to keep him, but he doesn’t get along with our other cat. We’ve tried everything, but he attacks our cat on sight, and we can’t deal with it anymore. He’s a brilliant mouser, with at least 6 kills in the time that we have had him. He’s great with our dogs, but would need a home without other cats. We’re are currently separating him in the basement at night, but he hates it and it isn’t fair to make him live like this. We’re are starting him on Prozac, however if that doesn’t work we will need to let him go. With his struggles I’m concerned that he will be euthanized. If you are looking for a cute little guy with a lot of personality he could be for you. We will hold on to him for as long as possible. We will provide brand new cat supplies.

I adopted my silly boy from a lovely family in New Jersey last year when he was just a little baby, and he’s been by my side ever since. I unfortunately have to move cross country soon and the pet rent/fees are way above my pay grade. Sombra is a food motivated boy, shy at first but opens up when you have a treat in hand! He’s bonded to my other boy Lucio but he can go separate as long as he has another feline companion to keep him company. Sombra just turned 1, his birthday is on May 27th. He likes to sleep with you, is very gentle and doesn’t show any signs of aggression. He is a strictly indoor cat, though I’m currently leash/harness training him as well. He knows one trick, sit! I hope whoever decides to take my sweet boy will treat him with the same love and affection I do.

Lucio is a very sweet and loving boy I adopted to have a companion for my other cat, Sombra. They grew up together over the last year, playing and loving on each other as brothers should! Lucio is very shy, loud noises frighten him but other than that he’s a lover boy and a huge cuddler! He also love bites, and shows his affection in multiple ways! He knows one trick, sit, and he can be very vocal at times! He’s a bonded pair with my boy Sombra, but he can be comfortable with another feline or other companion to keep him company because he has separation anxiety from his previous owner. Lucio has a bad habit of shredding carpet when shut in/out of rooms that has carpet or rugs so access or consistent nail clippings is definitely needed for him! Other than that one hiccup he is a sweet boy, I’m working on harness/leash training him but he’s a bit anxious when it comes to outdoors so he’s mainly an indoor cat. I hope the person that wants to bring him into their family will love him!
