Story
Luna was adopted from PACC two years ago. She was originally found with her three pups at an abandoned barn. She doesn’t really trust guys, and men will need to have a soft approach with her. She is VERY loving. She is VERY food motivated, which helped train her sit, come, leave it, and will lay with some help. She also will wait to eat her food until you say Amen. Luna has A LOT of energy and as a 3YO staffy mix needs SO much more than I can give her. I have progressive health issues that don’t allow me to exercise her as she needs. Due to this, she can be more tightly wound and antsy. She is OK with other dogs, especially with people around- but can be overly aggressive at play sometimes. She is good with kids, mine are 5 plus and have been trained how to interact with dogs. I would be hesitant for her to go to a home with littles under 5.

Story
We've had Lola for a year and a half now. She was two months old when we met her. Someone found her and was taking her to the shelter. We fell in love with her immediately and decided to take her home with us. She lives with four humans, two of them children who she adores. She enjoys playing with her three furry siblings (two dogs and a cat). She loves going for walks in the neighborhood and doesn't bark at other dogs when they cross paths. She's a good eater and snores exuberantly when she naps. She's completely housebroken and doesn't chew things she shouldn't. Lola is a vibrant, energetic, and funny companion that loves humans and animals alike.

Story
This sweet young pup is out of the shelter and settling into a foster home, where he`s been showing off his affectionate and playful personality!Fab Boy spent the first part of his life in one home, where he was reportedly great with older kids and other dogs. He was described as housebroken, crate trained, cuddly, and full of love for toys and snacks. While the shelter was a little overwhelming for him at first, he worked hard to be brave and quickly became a volunteer favorite. Here’s what some of his shelter friends had to say:“Fab Boy was shy to be leashed, but once outside, he was affectionate and playful with his kennelmate. He gave kisses, enjoyed attention, and warmed up quickly.” “He did great on our walk—loved being pet on his back, and took treats very gently with a soft mouth.”Now in a foster home, Fab Boy continues to shine! Foster Home Highlights:• House-trained & crate-trained• Quiet – he rarely barks• Loves all kinds of toys, especially stuffed and squeaky ones• Sleeps in his crate and does great when left alone• Respectful of the resident dog’s space – he may do best with another playful pup friend• Can be shy at first, but warms up into a curious, affectionate, and energetic companion. He loves to sit in your lap!Fab Boy is looking for a home with a little space to stretch out and play, and someone who will be patient as he continues to gain confidence. He’s a very good boy with lots of love to give and would thrive in a home that can keep up with his puppy energy.Interested in learning more about Fab Boy or setting up a meet-and-greet? Story
Miranda has been recovering beautifully from distemper in a foster home and should hopefully test negative soon. She`s available for pre-adoption until she finishes her treatment. Miranda is very people-oriented, doesn’t bark at the door (just wags her tail and greets politely), and enjoys affection. She`s been non-destructive when left alone, has a goofy, playful personality. She recently learned to play fetch and absolutely loves it. Miranda loves to stick her nose in any open drawer or closet hoping to find a missing treat lurking in the dark. She sleeps in her kennel at night. Miranda does resource guard chew toys and food items, so she’d do best in a home without really young kids. When she was at PACC she was reported to be gentle in play. Miranda is a perfect size, medium that is, at about 44lbs. For more info you are welcome to email the foster parent, Dave, at ffmyc@yahoo.com
