Story
Tigger is 105 pounds. He is a gentle giant who loves kids and any attention. he does get excited to meet new people but so long as they stay calm, he also calms down. He does his job of barking at strangers like delivery people that he senses shouldn't be on our property. He would do best on his own at a house but he does well with dogs, did well at dog park. He is great with kids even as young as an infant to toddler. To our shock, he does not have any interest in human food and has never begged for food at the table. He can really be a lazy dog. Plays for a bit, but then chills out. He needs someone strong on the leash to adopt him.

Story
Meet Iris, the social butterfly disguised as a dog 😁💛 She wants pets from everyone, hugs from strangers, and will absolutely judge you if you walk by without saying hello. She’s finally figured out what toys do, and now fetch + tug are her entire personality. Car rides? Yes. Sunbathing? Double yes. Other dogs? …let’s just say she prefers to be the ✨main character✨ at home.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Goose – Handsome gentleman and very good boy!! Goose is a sweet and lovable guy looking for a permanent foster or his perfect forever home. He’s crate trained, potty trained, and does well when left alone outside of his crate. Goose gets along great with other dogs and would enjoy having doggy siblings to play with and he's also cat friendly! He's the bestest boy:  Knows sit, down, wait (food/doors/gates) Loves to pay fetch and drops the ball right in front of you, also knows “all done” (ok, sometimes he’ll try again to play, but relents with “not right now”) Independent and quiet, a perfect work from home buddy When he does want pets, Goose will place his paw on your arm to let you know, or sometimes attempts the more difficult nose-under-arm-flip or pull-arm with-paw maneuvers (he’s so cute!) Happy to chew his benebone or nap during work hours or chill on the couch with his human in the evening Able to be more active if desired (walks, hikes) but doesn’t require significant exercise (not high energy, daily ball in the yard will do) Goose thrives in a calm, adult-only environment, but may also do well in a home with older, dog-savvy teenagers. He’s anxious around younger, louder children, so a quieter household would be the best fit. ‍ While he may be shy at first, once he feels safe, Goose’s affectionate personality shines! &#226&#156&#168 He loves fetch, beach walks, and the occasional trail adventure — but he’s just as happy lounging around the house and soaking up cuddles. &#239&#184&#143 If you're looking for a laid-back, loyal, and loving companion with just the right touch of playfulness, Goose might be your perfect match. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Jagger This little guy was rescued from a homeless encampment, and despite his rough start, he’s been nothing but grateful. At first, Jagger had a limp that worried everyone — but thankfully, it turned out to be inflammation, nothing too serious for this tiny fighter. He’s currently working on his potty training and is highly motivated by toys and snacks (a true king of rock… and treats!). Named after the legendary Mick Jagger, this boy is ready to strut his way right into someone’s heart. &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 If interested in adopting a puppy, you must be local to San Diego County, Murrieta or Temecula, and have a private yard or large patio area that is securely fenced with a minimum height of 5 feet, as puppies are not fully vaccinated.   Please consider sponsoring            with either a one-time or monthly tax-deductible donation. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. The tale of Robby, a 10-year-old Boxer Mix, is a heart-wrenching illustration of how a dog can be considered homeless despite technically having an owner. For a decade, Robby endured a life of neglect, living in a dilapidated dog house barely fit for a rat, positioned just outside the home of his owner. Stripped of the basic necessities of care and nourishment, he had no choice but to resort to scavenging for food, begging passersby for scraps and water, all while defending himself from the other street dogs that roamed freely. This life of hardship took its toll on his health, leaving him riddled with infections and suffering from painful rotten and broken teeth due to his desperate attempts to eat whatever he could find. Fortunately, a glimmer of hope arose when concerned individuals turned to me for assistance. I understood that Robby’s situation was a call for compassion that could not be ignored. Upon his rescue, it became clear just how much love and care Robby had been deprived of over the years. With proper veterinary care and rehabilitation, this gentle soul began to regain his health, blossoming into a vibrant and affectionate companion. Robby’s journey is of survival and resilience!! When kindness finally entered his life after years of starvation and loneliness his soul came to life. However, the scars of his past linger on. Although Robby is now a sweet dog who adores human company, the years of ill treatment have left him with food and treat aggression. These behaviors are not indicative of his character but rather a reflection of his survival instincts honed in an unforgiving environment. We continue to help Robby by overcoming his feeling of being food deprived with training and he's doing so much better. We are committed to Robby!!! It’s believed that the best path for Robby is to live as an only dog, allowing him to bask in the one thing he has longed for throughout his tumultuous life—human kindness and love. Robby's story is not just a reminder of the plight of many animals; it serves as a call to action for compassion and understanding, driving us to provide every creature the loving home they deserve. I added Robby’s before pictures on his post so you can see what his life was like and to show how resilient a beautiful soul could be. Robby deserves to live the rest of his life in peace, comfort and with a lot of love which he thrives on.
