Wilma is being fostered in NJ. Hello from Wilma in NJ! Wilma just wants to be with a person and has aspirations of being a lap dog. She enjoys walking, but is not a runner, is attracted to other dogs and ignores the cat and rabbit she lives with, so the house stays peaceful. Wilma rides well in the car regardless of where we are traveling to, and waits patiently in the car during grocery trips. Napping is a favorite pastime. We are Frankie’s second family. She was originally brought home from a breeder in Tennessee to a multi English Bulldog family. She had aggressive tendencies with the other female dog and her previous owner put her on Facebook to Rehome. Since she’s been with us, we haven’t seen any aggression or ‘alpha’ attitude from her. She is really good with kids, chickens and cats. The youngest (4) is able to take her for walks by himself without her pulling on the leash. I developed an allergy to dogs and as the main caretaker it’s been a challenge. I can’t seem to train her to get off the furniture and constantly cleaning after the hair and dander is affecting my health. She is really loves to snuggle and she needs to be with someone who appreciates that. She is about 7 or 8 years old and has maintained a healthy weight. She also has some allergies and sensitive skin and needs someone who can allocate time to help her. She’s really a sweet girl and hope she can find a forever home.
