Story
PLEASE READ THE ANIMAL’S PROFILE AND ALL NOTES BELOW BEFORE APPLYING!   Hi friends, I’m Layla! I’m a 4-year-old Terrier/American Staffordshire mix and if there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I loooove cuddles. I could snuggle on the couch for hours, all wrapped up like a little burrito, giving you the sweetest kisses. If you’re looking for a loyal lap dog, I’m your girl! I’m super loyal and always want to be close to my people. Sometimes I follow my foster family everywhere and plop myself on their lap (or their feet!) just so I can be near them. I might bark at new people at first, but don’t worry—I just want to make sure you’re safe! Once I know someone’s a friend, I cover them in kisses and tail wags. I’m crate trained, potty trained, and house trained, so I’m a very good girl at home. I also love to run around outside and play fetch, but I’m also the queen of couch potato life. Walks are sooo exciting for me that sometimes I bark or pull because I just can’t wait to say hi to everyone—I’m still learning, so I’ll need a family who can help me practice my leash manners and basic commands. My dream forever home -A big fenced yard to run and play in -Kids of all ages to cuddle and love -A kitty sibling (with slow introductions, please!) -A family who’s home often so I can be by your side A little secret? My foster says I’m the sweetest girl ever! That made my tail wag so big! I can’t wait to find my forever family—someone who will love me as much as I’ll love them (and that’s a WHOLE lot of love). So… do you have room in your heart (and lap!) for me? Adoption FEE: $350 which includes her spay, microchip, and vaccines. Story
Freya is a lovable girl she weighs 47 pounds at her last vet visit - her shots are up to date have the records. She is NOT destructive only with her toys ( she takes out all the stuffing) she knows sit command and sometimes paw if you have a good treat. She is very well behaved and lovable with humans other animals is my concern she and my female pit do not get along and are kept separated. She is nervous around new people until she gets to know you than its kicks and cuddles . I would love to keep her but my pitty of 5 years has been here long time and we rescued Freya she was stranded and very malnourished. It breaks my heart to have to rehome her . She loves a yard to run and is crate trained from 9:30 pm to 8 am and the crate will go with her it’s a large crate with a furniture top She has a spay appt on Jan 10th at the Humaine society willing to waive 50$ fee is appt is kept.

Story
Poppy is a super sweet 1-2 year old girl looking for a foster or furever home in the Los Angeles area! Poppy was found in Kern County with injured back legs and was picked up by the shelter. She was scheduled to be euthanized and was pulled just 1 hour before she was about to meet her demise. Poppy suffered pneumonia shortly after intake, but is fully healed like the strong girl she is! She is awaiting her double leg surgery which will be covered by the organization and donations from the community. She still walks around with her back legs, but goes on shorter walks at this time. Poppy is a super sweet girl who gets along with everyone. She is dog approved, great with all humans, and has potential to be with cats due to her calm and chill demeanor. Poppy is an easy going lady who will be a great addition to any home. All supplies are provided to Foster's. Poppy can't wait to meet you! ##2353529##

Story
Meet Roger, our resilient two-year-old pittie mix with a heart full of love and a story of survival.   Before he ever reached the shelter, Roger was rescued from a heartbreaking situation—he had been living in a hotel room, confined in a crate with two other dogs. Despite all that, he remained gentle and kind, just waiting for someone to give him a chance.   When Roger landed on the euthanasia list at a local Orlando shelter, he was saved just in time. Within hours of being pulled, it was discovered that he was suffering from gastroenteritis, and he had to be rushed to the ER. After treatment and a week of care with one of our amazing medical fosters, Roger made a full recovery. His most recent bloodwork came back completely clear, and he’s now healthy, strong, and ready for his forever home.   Roger loves people of all ages, including kids, and is happiest when he’s around his humans. He’s still learning how to meet other dogs—he’s been with dogs before and shows potential—but for now, he would do best either as a solo dog or with slow, careful introductions.   This sweet, affectionate boy has been through so much and come out shining. He’s finally ready to experience the comfort and love of a forever home where he can truly relax and be adored for the wonderful dog he is. Roger is ready for his second chance at happiness.   ##2559761##
