If you're looking for a dog that's full of life and zest, then Modelo is the pup for you! He's always on the go and loves nothing more than playing with his toys. In (not actual) fact, Modelo has a bit of a toy obsession - he's collected so many over the years that his humans had to rent a storage unit just to keep them all! Despite his toy addiction, Modelo is also a big fan of the great outdoors. He would love a yard to play in and explore. Just be warned, he will want you to play with him! He loves interacting with humans. He is housetrained, kennel trained & knows sit and shake. He still can learn more tricks and commands and is looking for someone to show him the way! Modelo is a bit of a goofball and has a great sense of humor. He loves making his humans laugh and will do just about anything for a treat. He's also a bit of a foodie and enjoys trying new snacks and treats. His favorite? Beef, of course! Jackson (Jax) is looking for his family! Please adopt me now <3 This guy is a fun loving 70 lbs American Bulldog mix with possibly some other bully and/or Weimaraner mixed in. He is about 4.5 years old.  He loves to go for walks, would be an excellent running/hiking buddy.  He is so crate trained that if you say kennel, he goes right to it.  He also will put himself to bed in his crate if he feels you are staying up too late.  He has that awesome puppy energy but the smarts to immediately calm down as soon as you say his name.  He knows sit, lay down, go out (from the kitchen lol) and walks beautifully on a leash. Best as an only dog because his past experience with other dogs is mixed. He does best with a strong leader. No cats, but he is okay with chickens. Out of an abundance of caution, no small kids even though he's shown no issues with kids and actually likes them. He's fixed, chipped, and current on his vaccinations. Koda was found on 11/27/2023 on the 3000 block of Dove Ln. He came into the shelter not yet neutered.If you believe this is your missing dog, please contact the shelter at (541) 689-1503. Since this dog is new to the shelter and we are still looking for their family, they are not viewable on the adoption floor at this time.The shelter staff is giving me some time to settle in and adjust to this new place. As we get to know each other a little better, the behavior team and veterinary staff will then be evaluating my needs. Visual breed identification in dogs can be unreliable and for most dogs we are only guessing at their primary breed. Emma is around 3 yo., 65 lbs. Emma is a people lover and will be a faithful companion. She's an energetic girl who will need a home that loves to be active. She would be a great hiking or running buddy. Emma is crate and potty trained and walks well on leash. She knows general obedience and is still working on the "place" command. Staying relaxed and calm in all situations is her biggest challenge. She'll need a home that loves to provide a structured environment, leadership, and sets rules and boundaries. We'll teach potential adopters everything we've worked on with Emma. Emma isn't too interested in other dogs and would probably love to be the only dog in the home. However, she can peacefully coexist around other dogs with guidance and slow introductions. She did pretty good meeting our cats, although excited, but we think she could live with dog savvy cats and a knowledgeable owner. Emma is a very sweet girl and has the most adorable "submissive" grin. She always makes us smile with her happy demeanor, and honestly, how can you not love her smile?! Kona was born on 6/27/23. She came from a home that unexpectedly had puppies. Her parents were said to be purebred American Staffordshire Terriers (we do not have papers for her). She's 5 months old and 40 lbs. Kona is the absolute sweetest girl with the best temperament. She gets along with dogs and even though her foster home doesn't have any cats we think she'll do well with them. Kona is crate trained, potty trained, knows basic commands, and walks well on leash. She still gets excited when seeing other animals but can pretty easily focus on her handler. She's a very smart girl who is food motivated and learns quickly. Kona is a typical puppy in many regards but she has pretty good manners for her age and is not too hyper. We think she'll actually be a pretty calm adult dog especially if training is being kept up. She's an awesome little girl who will make the best companion for one lucky family/individual.
