Story
Kayne is easy to fall in love with. He is a complete cuddle bug lover boy. Kayne is the type of dog who meets you and immediately makes you his best friend. When I first met Kayne, he immediately came up to me for affection and loved it. He leaned into me for more and more. Kayne is a people lover for sure. If you love a dog that loves you and likes to be snuggled ,then Kayne is going to be the perfect dog for you. To see him in action watch his YouTube video https://youtu.be/QCd67A--mNY?si=raY_OiewEWiTeoYi Kayne is about a year and a half years old , he is a pitbull mix and weighs 66 lbs. He has the prettiest yellow eyes in the whole world, and the cutest pixie ears I think I’ve ever seen. Kayne did very well meeting our other dogs, he met hyper dogs, calm, dogs, and crazy, playful dogs, and he did great with every single one. he didn’t play too much at first just sniffed them and explore the new yard he was in but once he got a play, he played so good. He is a very submissive player and had a great time rolling around. I think he would do best with a medium energy dog sibling. I think Kayne could live great in an apartment or a home . If he is living in an apartment, he would need an active family to help him get some of his young energy out. He is also pretty good walking on a leash. Kayne is extremely kid friendly. His Foster has a four and two year-old nephew and Kayne loves them with his whole heart. He is gentle with them and play with them super well. I think he would do amazing living in a home with kids. He is a good family dog. Cats on the other hand are a little too exciting and interesting for Kayne. He wants to play with them a little too much. Kayne is an amazing dog who would love a family that loves to go on adventures but also loves to cuddle up on the couch and watch some movies. If Kayne is a type of dog you could see living in your home please adopt him now before someone else falls in love with his beautiful eyes! Ready to welcome a new furry friend into your life? Transports run every few weeks and we will have the dog on the next available transport once approved. If you are not able to accept a dog until a specific time period, please apply at that time************ We are a volunteer run rescue and donate our time to these dogs. IF you are not serious about moving forward in our adoption process, please do not apply. If someone other than yourself is part of the decision making process, please make sure you have spoken with them and they are on board. We really do not want to waste anyone's time if you are not serious about adopting this dog. Meet Papaya! Papaya is a 1-year-old, medium sized spayed female Lab mix currently fostered in San Antonio, Texas (transport available to approved adopters!). She’s a sweet, happy, people-loving pup who enjoys her daily walks, rides calmly in the car, and is fully housebroken and crate trained. Papaya sleeps through the night, loves her chew toys and rope tugs, and is a smart, eager-to-please girl who’s made great progress with her training. Papaya is playful and social with other dogs, reading their cues well and adjusting her energy accordingly. She even enjoys fence-line play with a neighbor’s Doberman! She stays neutral on walks when it’s just her and her foster mom. She should not live with cats at this time, and while she hasn’t lived with kids, her bouncy puppy energy makes her best suited for homes with older children or dog-savvy families. Papaya would thrive in a moderately active home that enjoys walks, playtime, and plenty of affection. She’d love another friendly dog in the home but could do well as a solo pup with the right guidance. Her foster adores how loving, cuddly, and gentle she is—Papaya thinks everyone she meets owes her a belly rub and happily leans right in for snuggles. If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate young dog who’s ready to be your best friend, Papaya is your girl! ***Listed BREED and AGE - We are taking our best guess & recommendations from our veterinarian on age, breed and size when fully grown. We rarely know a dog's exact age nor are we able to tell the true or full breed mix of dogs as our information is limited most of the time. *** Interested in applying to adopt her? Transports run every few weeks and we will have the dog on the next available transport once approved. If you are not able to accept a dog until a specific time period, please apply at that time************ At 7 months old and 45 pounds, Matthias is a happy, playful pup with a big heart and even bigger personality. He’s smart, curious, and affectionate — always ready for an adventure or a good snuggle once he’s tired out. Matthias loves other dogs and plays great with bigger pups. He can get a little too excited with smaller ones but is learning to be gentler. He’s cat-friendly, respectful of their space, and has been sweet around a baby in his foster home. On leash, he walks nicely after his initial burst of energy and is working on not pulling. Crate-trained and nearly housebroken, Matthias is picking things up quickly and will thrive with consistent guidance. He’d do best in an active home that can give him exercise, structure, and love — a playful dog companion would be a bonus! With a little patience and training, Matthias will grow into the loyal, fun-loving companion every family dreams of. We are a volunteer run rescue and donate our time to these dogs. Meet Buster! Buster is a 2½-year-old American Pit Bull Terrier with a big personality and an even bigger heart! This energetic and charismatic boy loves going on long walks and enjoying playtime to the fullest. He’s extremely playful, full of life, and already kennel trained. Buster is also quite the ladies’ man! He does best with medium-sized female dogs as playmates — the boys are a no-go for him. Buster is ready to bring endless joy, laughter, and love to his forever family!  At this time Buster will have to say NO to Cat Roommates.  Not a good fit.  Not in Texas??? No problem.  We have transports from Houston to the Pacific NW and the East Coast every 2 weeks.   If you have fallen madly in love and would like to make this baby part of your family, then go to https://www.petstablished.com/organization/920716    ##2613038##

Story
Y'all....boys like these are kryptonite! The secret sauce that makes ever better. The key to your heart. The heart stealer you can't resist. His name is Danny Zuko and he is an absolute DREAM! For starters, look at those eyes! He has the type of eyes that people wish they had. You can't help by be captivated by them. Also, he has a permanent puppy face and the softest most unique coat I've ever seen. When it comes to appearance, everything about Danny is 10/10. Looks can only get you so far in life as we all know. Luckily for Danny, he doesn't have to worry about that because he has an even better personality!! He is kid friendly, dog friendly, affectionate, and sweeter than a snicker. Watch his video and fall in love with this handsome hunk: https://youtu.be/-jeilHvN9pI?si=CxPRgH4R_GTeDNRY Danny Zuko is a pittie mix approximately 1 year old and currently weighs 67 lbs. He is a rescue dog and with any rescue, it's always a mystery and we cannot guarantee breed or age. Danny is dog friendly and has done great with all of the dogs we have introduced him to. He loves dogs who love to play and have a happy go lucky vibe about them. When he finds a buddy who's just as playful as he is, it's all about floppy mouths, loosey-goosey faces, wrestling matches that are the dog form of a pillow fight, and a game of tag you're it from time to time. He's not all play all the time either, so no need to worry about your house turning to into a 24/7 dog park. He appreciates those calmer moments and after a good wrestling match, play breaks end mutually and you’ll find him off exploring or he’s next to a person soaking in all the affection. He would be best in a home with a dog who is looking for a playmate that can match his play style, one that also enjoys the company of another dog, and appreciates those calmer relaxing moments as well. When it comes to training, this boy loves treats and will do anything for a treat and some encouragement. Treats are one of the ways to this boy's heart. He takes treats very gently too and I love the way his mouth just barely touches your hand to where you can feel how soft and fuzzy his lips are. Which are smooth like butter. Danny already knows how to sit and will even automatically sit for you too from time to time. On a walk, Danny does pull a little bit at the beginning out of initial excitement but after a few minutes and some guidance he is walking like a gentleman and is an enjoyable walking buddy. He has a curious nose and likes to smell all the smells while also looking up and checking in with you from time to time. Especially if you're telling him how handsome he is LOL he looks up at you with the biggest smile. He is crate trained and potty trained as well. He will need a reminder about where the appropriate potty places are once he arrives at his forever home and while he settles into his new routine. We have noticed that he does best when he can get a couple of potty breaks throughout the day. Danny would thrive in a home with a semi-active family looking for a buddy to take with them on adventures, explore those trails you have saved on the map, and a loving companion for you to show them all about what it means to be loved and cherished. He would do best in a home with a backyard in the suburbs where he can stretch his legs, romp around, and enjoy the sunshine rather than in the heart of the city. We are willing to test Danny Zuko with anything out need us to in order to ensure it's a perfect match. We can make anything happen! Just let us know. Story
Meet Ernie — the beautiful chocolate staffy mix (we think!) who is equal parts handsome, goofy, and heart-melting. This boy walks through life looking like he was created by someone who wanted a dog that is 50% muscle, 50% couch potato, and 100% derp. His smile is pure pittie perfection, and everything he does — from the way he trots, to the way he turns his head, to the way he makes decisions — is guaranteed to make you laugh. Ernie is the king of the random sploot. This man will sploot anywhere, anytime, under any circumstances. Meeting a dog? Sploot. Walking across the yard? Sploot. Being asked to please just stand up for one second? Nope — sploot time. It’s his signature move and he is very proud of it. Honestly, if splooting were a profession, Ernie would be the CEO. Need to see the sploots for yourself? Go watch Ernie's video! https://youtu.be/7mzcU2qX6fI?si=eo4AeXZk198oY4sR He’s such a sweet, gentle soul. He LOVES people and melts into affection the second someone gives him attention. With kids, he was unbelievably soft and gentle — it was like he instantly knew to tone down his goofiness and be extra careful with tiny humans. He’s loving, confident, and genuinely seems to think every person he meets is a new best friend. With dogs, Ernie is hilarious and incredibly endearing. He desperately wants to play but… he isn’t entirely sure how. He’ll watch other dogs run around like, “Whoa… what is this? How do I join?” Then he’ll trot next to them doing his little tippy taps, following the fun like the sweetest, most confused sidekick. He did great with every dog he met and would thrive with a confident, easygoing female who can show him the ropes, tell him when he’s being awkward, and help him understand the rules of doggy playtime. He also won’t mind being the only dog — he’s flexible like that. Now, cats… Ernie has made it VERY clear that he is far too interested in them. So we’ll make it simple: no kitties for this man. Ernie could absolutely be an apartment dog. He’s surprisingly chill for his size, settles quickly, and sploots even quicker. He loves walks, enjoys sniffing around, and would be the cutest adventure buddy for someone who likes exploring but also likes coming home to a relaxed couch potato. Ernie is silly, gentle, affectionate, wiggly, and wonderfully awkward in all the best ways. He’s the kind of dog who brightens the whole room just by existing. If you’re looking for a big, squishy, splooty boy who will make you laugh daily and love you endlessly — Ernie is your guy. Ready to welcome a new furry friend into your life?
