He is a rescue dog and with any rescue, it’s always a mystery and we cannot guarantee breed or age. One thing we know for certain is Georgie absolutely loves people! The word stranger does not exist in his vocabulary. He does great meeting people in public making sure to smother them with kisses if they let him and is the happiest little butterball all the time. He's a natural at making people feel welcomed, greeting everyone that walks through the door, and adding to the fun without being overwhelming. Georgie is dog friendly and did great meeting all of the dogs we introduced him to. His gentle natured personality even shows itself when meeting new dogs. He'll do a little sniff, say hello and then he's off doing his own thing, finding a spot to lay in the grass and bask in the sun, or off exploring in the yard. Georgie has met a handful of dogs, all with different personalities and has even been with some wild younger playful dogs and was tolerant of their youthfulness as well. He is not a playful guy with other dogs, he gives off more of the laid back, distinguished gentleman, hang back and watch type vibes around other dogs. He will play occasionally and would enjoy scheduled playdates but wanna know what would make Georgie the happiest? Being your one and only fur baby in the home to soak up all the love and companionship. That truly is what is going to make him the happiest. When it comes to training, say no more! This handsome fella is ready to learn! It also helps that food is one of Georgie's love languages. He's incredibly treat motivated, and the moment he knows you've got a snack, his full attention is locked on you and he's ready to learn! This makes him a dream to train. He already knows how to sit and will even sit for you on a dime the second you tell him to. His house manners are pristine, never getting into things he shouldn't be and is crate trained and potty trained. Even if he did get into something he shouldn't, all you gotta do is call his name and he's already sitting by your side. Jengi is a 10/10 good boy! He will thrive with an adopter that will provide him with structure, leadership, and companionship. His ideal home would have a backyard where he can zoom around, play with his toys, and sunbathe during those nice summer days. He loves people and is a social butterfly, so if you're someone who likes to host and have friends over for backyard BBQs, Georgie will be right there in the middle of all the entertainment. He will absolutely be one of the main talking points in every conversation as well. Beans This big, goofy boy was saved from euthanasia in Texas. He is currently under the care of BAMM rescue and looking for his forever home. Beans is about 5 years old, 65 pounds and is an American Staffordshire Terrier mix. He is neutered and has been through board and train obedience school. He is doggy door trained, house broken, walks good on leash and is crate trained. He does well with female dogs most of the time but slow introductions will be necessary. He is high energy, loves getting exercise and playing fetch. He is also very affectionate and gets extremely excited to see his people! Due to high energy and his unawareness to his size he will do best in a home with no kids under 10 years old. ##2483096##

Otis was adopted as a puppy and sadly returned to an overcrowded Houston shelter suffering from a severe skin condition. The good news? His foster has worked absolute magic, and he’s now thriving—with a shiny new coat he’s extremely proud of and excited to show off. Otis is the definition of resilient and joyful. He’s sweet, goofy, and loves people with his whole heart. If you stop petting him before he’s ready, expect a gentle paw to grab your hand as a polite (but firm) reminder to keep going. He’s very attentive to positive reinforcement and genuinely wants to make his people happy. When it comes to other dogs, Otis is a social butterfly with great manners. He loves to play, takes cues beautifully, and is respectful of dogs who prefer their personal space. He currently lives with dogs of various sizes and does great with all of them. He can be a little shy when meeting new dog friends, but he warms up quickly and would absolutely love a doggy sibling in his forever home. Otis has a wonderful balance of energy. He’s happy to zoom around and play when it’s time, but he’s equally content being a couch potato. He’d do best in a moderately active home that also appreciates a good snuggle session. He walks like a dream on leash (with a little excited pulling at the start), loves car rides, and even enjoys bath time like the polite gentleman he is. In the home, Otis is fully housebroken and potty trained. He’s crate trained and sleeps in his crate overnight; while it’s not his favorite place, he settles well especially if a Kong is involved. He’s shown no signs of separation anxiety, destruction, food aggression, or resource guarding. He is fed separately just to keep things calm and easy. Otis hasn’t been around cats, so we’re unsure how he’d do with them. He also hasn’t spent time with kids, but due to his size and enthusiasm (he does like to jump), dog-savvy older children would likely be the best fit. Overall, Otis has been a joy, and we know he’ll make a truly wonderful addition to the right family.
