Beans This big, goofy boy was saved from euthanasia in Texas. He is currently under the care of BAMM rescue and looking for his forever home. Beans is about 5 years old, 65 pounds and is an American Staffordshire Terrier mix. He is neutered and has been through board and train obedience school. He is doggy door trained, house broken, walks good on leash and is crate trained. He does well with female dogs most of the time but slow introductions will be necessary. He is high energy, loves getting exercise and playing fetch. He is also very affectionate and gets extremely excited to see his people! Due to high energy and his unawareness to his size he will do best in a home with no kids under 10 years old. ##2483096##

This 43-pound, petite, squishy little girl was owner-surrendered on 11/17/25. She came in confused, but still so full of love for every person who approaches her. Monroe is friendly with all people, accepting of handling, takes treats gently, and even sits when asked. She’s wiggly, playful, and has that adorable mini-Sharpei look that makes your heart melt Her former home reported she does not do well with other dogs, and had multiple incidents with the dogs she lived with. This handsome guy is a 2-year-old, 50-pound American Staffordshire Terrier mix who is neutered, fully vaccinated, and very ready for his happily-ever-after. Otis was adopted as a puppy and sadly returned to an overcrowded Houston shelter suffering from a severe skin condition. The good news? His foster has worked absolute magic, and he’s now thriving—with a shiny new coat he’s extremely proud of and excited to show off. Otis is the definition of resilient and joyful. He’s sweet, goofy, and loves people with his whole heart. If you stop petting him before he’s ready, expect a gentle paw to grab your hand as a polite (but firm) reminder to keep going. He’s very attentive to positive reinforcement and genuinely wants to make his people happy. When it comes to other dogs, Otis is a social butterfly with great manners. He loves to play, takes cues beautifully, and is respectful of dogs who prefer their personal space. He currently lives with dogs of various sizes and does great with all of them. He can be a little shy when meeting new dog friends, but he warms up quickly and would absolutely love a doggy sibling in his forever home. Otis has a wonderful balance of energy. He’s happy to zoom around and play when it’s time, but he’s equally content being a couch potato. He’d do best in a moderately active home that also appreciates a good snuggle session. He walks like a dream on leash (with a little excited pulling at the start), loves car rides, and even enjoys bath time like the polite gentleman he is. In the home, Otis is fully housebroken and potty trained. He’s crate trained and sleeps in his crate overnight; while it’s not his favorite place, he settles well especially if a Kong is involved. He’s shown no signs of separation anxiety, destruction, food aggression, or resource guarding. He is fed separately just to keep things calm and easy. Otis hasn’t been around cats, so we’re unsure how he’d do with them. He also hasn’t spent time with kids, but due to his size and enthusiasm (he does like to jump), dog-savvy older children would likely be the best fit. Overall, Otis has been a joy, and we know he’ll make a truly wonderful addition to the right family. Pippa is a 10 year old AmStaff Pitty Mix that we rescued when she was about 4. She love attention and to hang out with her people. She loves kids. She loves to run. She was trained thru Sit Means Sit Dog Training and uses a E-Collar when out in public. Kennel trained. She has never had an accident in the house. We have sold our house and are moving into an RV to travel full time. Sadly we realized that this lifestyle would not be fair to her. So we are looking for and hoping to find someone that will provide her the stability that she deserves. She comes with all her equipment including a kennel, collar, lead, bowls, any food we have at that time, toys, heartworm medication. Adoption fee to ensure good home.
