Story
In the heart of this charming and affectionate canine lies a world of love waiting to be shared. This handsome pup is making strides in the realm of house training, with a commendable record of no recent accidents. Patience and positive reinforcement are key ingredients in helping him master this skill. Bud is a quick learner, currently focusing on refining his leash manners. The world outside is still a new and exciting place for him, and he tends to get a bit overexcited. With consistent training and gentle guidance, Bud is sure to become a well-behaved and delightful walking companion. Bud's vibrant personality shines through in every interaction. Playful, vocal, and endlessly affectionate, he is the epitome of joy in canine form. His sense of humor is infectious, and he thrives on making those around him smile. Bud is a true lover, reveling in the joy of being close to his human companions. His favorite pastimes include short walks, engaging in play with other dogs, cuddling on the couch, and, of course, the simple pleasure of sniffing the world around him. When it comes to toys, Bud has a particular affinity for squeaky stuffed toys that capture his attention and bring out his playful side. He is a moderate-energy pup who appreciates the balance of activity and relaxation, making him a versatile companion for various lifestyles. Bud's current living situation involves both small and large canine companions, as well as a cat who understands the intricacies of sharing a space with a dog. His adaptability and amiable nature make him a seamless fit for households with other furry residents. In summary, Bud is not just a dog; he's a bundle of joy waiting to enrich the lives of those lucky enough to welcome him into their homes. With a heart full of love, a playful spirit, and a desire for companionship, Bud is ready to embark on a lifetime of shared adventures with a loving family. We adopted Teddy from the shelter. She had been on the streets and he was a little scared at first, but he quickly fell in love with our family in our kids. We are moving and we cannot take him to the new location. He is a really good dog very protective. He just wants to be snuggled and loved.

Story
Lala is a big, super sweet and happy, friendly 65lb goober girl! She is about 2 years young, and loves people and dogs of all kinds. People love her and give her attention everywhere she goes because she's so sweet and gorgeous! She loves to give gentle hugs and offer her paw to hold hands, while gazing softly into their eyes. Lala is gentle with children of all ages, but does get overwhelmed with younger children who want to play with her too much.    Her temperament is gentle and she typically has a low to moderate energy level. However, she is still puppy-like and very playful with other dogs, loves to wrestle and tries to engage in play with every kind of dog. She would love to have a play buddy at home to play with! Other dogs may bark at her due to her size and friendliness, but she does not react or bark back, she's such a good girl!   Lala does require gentle and experienced owners who can help her understand boundaries with other dogs, and continue walking and separation anxiety training, so that she can continue being a good big girl! Lala was likely left in a backyard before and had escaped, as she does dig holes when she's bored and left outside alone. We wish for her to be able to have an engaged forever family who wants to actively experience life along with them, as she is still young and has a lot to see!   At her foster home, Lala has learned how to: &#226&#156&#133 Ride well in the car &#226&#156&#133 Respect older and smaller dogs &#226&#156&#133 Leash walking: Come back when she gets to the end of the leash or when called &#226&#156&#133 Sit, stay, come, leave it, shake, lay down &#226&#156&#133 Loves brush-outs, as she does shed quite a bit! &#226&#156&#133 Stay calm when left in the house   Lala is still working on: Crate training  100% loose-leash walking (Lala still pulls a bit due to her size)  Ignoring dogs that she wants to play with  Staying still for nail trims and baths  Not sure if she's friendly with cats, but she does try to chase squirrels   Contact The Perfect Dog rescue to fill out an application form. If approved, then we can arrange a time for you to meet Lala with her foster home!  We wish for her to be able to have an engaged forever family who wants  Lala  to actively experience life along with them, as she is still young and has a lot to see!
