  Chloe is a 2&#226&#128&#145year&#226&#128&#145old spayed Anatolian Shepherd Mix with a heart as big as her 85&#226&#128&#145pound frame! This sweet girl is slowly coming out of her shell and showing off her silly, playful personality. She loves her people and will happily follow you around the house, always wanting to be part of the action. Chloe is equal parts affectionate and goofy — she’ll make you laugh with her awkward zoomies and melt your heart when she leans in for cuddles. She does bark and whine to communicate, so she’s best suited for a family who can be patient as she continues to build her confidence. Chloe is still learning how to walk nicely on a leash and will need some guidance with basic manners. She’s also not a fan of being crated, so a home where she can have a safe space outside of a crate would be ideal. Because of her size and clumsy play style, Chloe needs a home without small children. She’ll thrive with adults or older kids who understand big, enthusiastic dogs. With love, patience, and a little training, Chloe will reward her new family with endless loyalty and goofy joy. Story
This handsome boy was picked up running at large and based on Facebook posts it was about his third or fourth offense, but no one claimed him. We are guessing that he was a failure at being a livestock guardian because he’s way too social. He’s always wanting to visit someone new. Charlie is a little over a year old and weighs 110 lbs. He was very thin when he first came to us but is now at his perfect weight. He is neutered, up to date on required vaccines, microchipped and heartworm tested negative. He’s house trained and he loves other dogs, but he is a big guy. He also will require a tall fence, and you will have to keep an eye on him because again he likes to visit new people. He’s affectionate and likes to lean on you. He is learning commands like sit and stay and he really tries to please! This is what his foster mom says about him " Charlie is amazing. He is housebroken, loves to be hugged, hasn’t chewed anything up, likes to play but is content just to chill. He walks beautifully on a leash and likes to say hi to everyone he meets. Charlie enjoys sitting and looking out the window, hanging around in the kitchen especially when I’m cooking and going for car rides. Although this breed is known for having a stubborn streak, Charlie seems to understand a few commands wait, it’s ok, no, come, let’s go and he will even sit for a treat. But his favorite is Good Boy Charlie❤️" This guy would be a great dog for an active loving family. He’s so sweet!
