Story
Bluey is an absolutely spectacular dog, but we have to rehome him because he does not get along with our current dog. We adopted him about three months ago and really tried to make it work with him, but he has consistently attacked our older dog. He is perfect on walks. He doesn’t react to other dogs and he’s fine in a dog park, but he does not do well living in a home and sharing a space with another dog as he is very possessive and resource guards. He’s a really sweet boy and would do best in a home where he’s the only dog and with older children only. Rehoming him has been a super tough decision and I really want him to go to a good home. He’ll come with his crate his food, his harness and leash and with his great attitude. He really really loves people but just cannot live with another dog.

A foster-to-adopt option is available for me, giving us the chance to get to know each other before making it official! Meet Paxton! This 9-year-old miniature poodle is a senior with plenty of personality. He can sometimes show a bit of attitude, so we recommend a home without small children. Paxton enjoys walks on a leash but would thrive with a small, dog-approved fenced yard where he can safely explore and stretch his legs. He gets along well with other dogs and would make a wonderful companion for the right family. Paxton weighs 8lbs. and is approximately 9 years old (est. birth date 01/29/2016). Paxton has been neutered, is up to date on all vaccinations & preventatives, and is microchipped. Paxton's adoption fee is $85. Pepper is a 1-year-old poodle mix with a sweet heart and a playful spirit, weighing in at about 45 lbs. This handsome guy is full of love and always ready to make new friends—especially if snacks are involved! Pepper walks nicely on a leash and enjoys getting out and about. He can be a bit alert on walks, but he does great with gentle guidance. He absolutely loves to play and has a fun, goofy side that shines once he’s comfortable. Pepper also enjoys the company of other dogs, though he can be a little possessive of his toys or food, so supervised play and clear boundaries are important. Pepper would do best in a home ready to continue his training, give him plenty of playtime, and keep the treats coming. If you’re looking for a sweet, playful companion with lots of personality, Pepper might just be your perfect match! A Victor is a precious miniature poodle mix. He came to us with an injured leg that required amputation. He has adjusted very well and loves to run. Victor is crate trained and can walk on a leash. Victor requires a home with a secure fenced yard that is appropriate for a small breed dog. Victor will need a home with no small children. He is very loving, but can be protective of his people and toys. Victor does not have a bite history, but needs a family that understands small dogs with an attitude.
