Bartholomew is a 2.5 year old, 22 pound Miniature American Shepherd/Poodle Mix (Aussiedoodle mix) with a gentle, sensitive nature. He may be a bit shy when first meeting new people, but with a little patience, he quickly warms up and becomes a devoted, affectionate companion who wants nothing more than to be your best friend. Once comfortable, Bart’s playful side shines, he enjoys spending time with other dogs and especially loves a good wrestling match. He also has great leash manners and enjoys exploring the world on walks, as well as running freely in his foster’s fenced yard. Bart is a smart and food motivated pup who enjoys learning and thrives with positive reinforcement. He loves attention from his people and will happily soak up all the scratches and affection you have to offer. Bart would do best in a home without children under 16. He may prefer to be the only dog in the home or to live with calm female dogs. With the right environment and a patient adopter, Bart will blossom into a loyal and loving lifelong companion. Lisa is a 1 year old, 24 lb Miniature American Shepherd/Miniature Poodle mix (Mini Aussiedoodle mix) with a gorgeous, soft wavy coat. While she does shed, her coat is as beautiful as it is soft. Lisa is very dog-friendly and would thrive in a home with another playful canine companion. She may also do well as an only dog if her humans are home most of the time, as she can feel a bit anxious when left alone. She is crate-trained and making great progress with house-training. Lisa is affectionate and loves giving kisses, running around the yard, and playing with her favorite toys. She’s also very smart and highly food-motivated, which makes training a joy -- she already knows commands like sit, lay down, and stay. Lisa enjoys going on walks and would make a wonderful, loving addition to an active and attentive home. We feel she would do fine with children 10+ years old in a home. Eager to please and highly food motivated, Marge is both smart and responsive, making her a joy to work with. She gets along well with other dogs and especially enjoys a good game of chase in the yard. She’s also great on a leash, making walks easy and enjoyable. At home, Marge is a total cuddle bug who loves curling up beside you on the couch and showering you with affectionate kisses. She would thrive in a calm household and is best suited for a home without children under 16.     Meet  Murray Mills , a 10-pound gentleman with a heart as big as his fluffy curls! At 11 years young, this sweet poodle mix is the perfect blend of calm cuddler and occasional goofball — he loves to snuggle but will happily prance around the yard when the mood strikes. Murray enjoys his neighborhood walks and greets everyone he meets with a wagging tail and pure joy — men, women, and small dogs alike. A happy boy, Murray also gets adorable spurts of energy and when he does his smile melts hearts. He’s fully potty trained, walks nicely on a leash, and thrives on companionship, so he’d love a home where someone is around most of the time to keep him company. Murray sleeps soundly in his cozy dog bed but is happiest when he’s close to his people, watching the action (or maybe sniffing what’s cooking!).  Like many distinguished seniors, Murray has a few quirks — he wears a belly band to help with marking, and his vision and hearing aren’t what they used to be, though he gets around just fine with a little patience and reassurance.
