Penelope is a stunning Aussiedoodle rescue with a brilliant mind and a heart of gold. We met her through a clinic after her previous owner realized Penelope’s high-octane energy wasn't the right match for their older son on the spectrum. Now, this athletic girl is looking for her true "forever" home! ​Her Vibe: Penelope is a "work hard, play hard" girl. While she isn't a frisbee fan, she is a fetch pro and lives to learn new tricks! Though she had a hip injury in her first home and has slight hip dysplasia, it doesn't slow her down—she’s a resilient girl ready for adventure. ​The Ideal Match: ​Mature Home: Penelope needs a toddler-free environment. She thrives with older kids or adults. ​One-and-Only: She prefers to be your only pet. ​Company: She has separation anxiety and needs a 6–7 hour limit alone (up to 8.5 only if well-exercised). ​If you have a fenced yard and love "velcro dogs," Penelope is your girl. She’s healthy, up-to-date on care, and ready to be your shadow!
