Story
Lilian is an owner surrender, unfortunately her family has fallen on hard times and can't provide the care she deserves.  She is still staying with her family until a new owner can be found. She has grown up with 2 children in the home and another dog (German Shep). She is potty trained but still needs to learn basic commands such as sit. She's a good dog. She just needs a patient family willing to give her the time she deserves. She just got her annual vaccines and has been freshly groomed. She was matted so we wanted to make sure she goes home in a good shape. The only thing she needs is to be microchipped but we will cover the cost though one of our approved vets or a local animal shelter. Note: We always respond first to inquiries that tell us something about your living situation (house, apartment, single, family, etc.) and why you want this dog. Be sure to include your phone number in your inquiry. We call inquiries that are a good fit for the dog.

Story
Cocoa is a smart, sweet and loyal almost 4yo! 35lbs. She listens to commands such as “sit, shake, high five, crate”. We currently live on a golf course with an open sight fence and this induces some barking and anxiety for her. So best if fence is closed sight. She has an active prey drive and loves to chase squirrels around the yard. The doorbell or knocking are triggers for her as well, but that’s common for lots of dogs. She needs a bit of work walking on the leash but she understands the concept. Vet records since birth avail. We currently crate her at night mostly but she sometimes sleeps in our bedroom next to the bed in her own bed when she has had a fresh grooming. She can seem timid and apprehensive until she is comfortable but very sweet. We have been her only family since adopting her at 8 weeks and due to a move out of the country, we cannot take her! Great with kids and other dogs!
