Meet Deacon!Deacon is a two-year-old poodle mix who was rescued around Thanksgiving 2025. Since then he has made tremendous progress. His playful personality has definitely come out! He is very curious about his foster`s toddler and loves to watch the neighborhood activity from their gated yard. He takes a moment to warm up to new people. He will initially stay far away from new people until he is comfortable. Once he feels comfortable he will come close and be OK with being petted. When he is totally comfortable, he loves a tummy scratch!Deacon plays great and gets along with other dogs. However, he doesn`t need a dog companion so he would be fine as the only pup in the home. Deacon is crate trained, neutered and current with all his vaccines.To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. Daisy is new to our rescue. She came to us when her breeder closed down. We are still learning about her personality. Her foster says that she is great with dogs of all sizes and adores children. She walks well on a leash and is crate trained. She was a little on the thin side and her foster has been giving her extra snack to help her put on a few pounds. Daisy is AKC registered. She is 9 months old and weighs about 40 pounds. ##2528447##
