Story
Meet Geno 🐾 Geno is a happy, healthy 2-year-old dog with a mild-mannered, easygoing personality. He’s had his January veterinary check-up and is in great health. Geno loves being around other dogs and does wonderfully in doggy daycare. He enjoys playing with dogs of all sizes—or just calmly watching the little ones bark. He’s well socialized, dog-walker friendly, and comfortable on walks. He is dog-door trained from his time at a second-chance leash adoption center and has excellent house manners. Geno has no issues with destructiveness or accidents in the home. He enjoys chewing treats and comes with his kennel dog beds and toys. Geno would thrive in a home that can offer him more playtime, walks, and room to run than I’m currently able to provide. With upcoming international travel and no yard, I want to make sure he finds a home that can fully meet his needs. He’s a loving, adaptable companion who will make a wonderful addition to the right family.

Story
Meet Buzzer – The Bashful Cheese Lover 🧀🐶 Don’t let the name fool you—Buzzer is one of the quietest, shyest pups you’ll ever meet. He prefers the comfort of a cozy corner over the spotlight, and he’s happiest when he’s gently observing the world from a safe distance. But mention the word cheese, and you’ll see his ears perk right up! Buzzer is a total cheese enthusiast—soft, sharp, melty, or stringy, he loves it all. It’s the fastest way to his heart (and his hiding spot). With patience and kindness, Buzzer becomes the most loyal little shadow you could ask for. He may be timid, but his affection runs deep—and his taste in snacks is impeccable.

Story
Meet Sienna! ☀️🐾 Sienna is a happy heeler mix who is truly a ray of sunshine. She loves having room to run and would be thrilled with a big yard where she can zoom around and play with her doggy friends. When it’s time to head out, Sienna walks great on leash and is always up for an adventure. She’s a big fan of a fun game of fetch and will happily show off her playful side once she warms up. Sienna can be a little bashful at first, but give her a moment to build trust and she’ll quickly turn into the life of the pawty—full of joy, wiggles, and charm. Sienna is ready to shine in a loving home of her own! 🌟

Meet Volunteer: Our Home-Field Favorite! 🍊 Ready to "Rocky Top" your way into a new friendship? Meet Volunteer, the leading lady of our SEC mascot litter! This 8-to-12-week-old female is as bright as a game day in Knoxville and has the beautiful markings to prove she’s a star. 🐾 Scout’s Report Position: Chief Investigative Officer Stats: Female, 8–12 weeks old and like her siblings should be around 50 lbs as an adult. Health: Spayed and current on all age-appropriate vaccinations Skills: Expert-level curiosity and already a pro at the doggy door for her potty breaks. 🏆 Why Volunteer is a Five-Star Recruit: Volunteer is our inquisitive girl—she’s always the first to explore a new toy or investigate a rustle in the grass. Her intelligence makes her a dream to train, and her sweet nature means she’s always ready to "volunteer" for extra snuggles at the end of the day. Whether she’s scouting out the backyard or curled up on the sidelines of your couch, she is guaranteed to be your most loyal fan.
