Phantom has a positive history with small dogs and absolutely loves his toys, especially when playtime is involved. With his loyal nature and fun-loving personality, Phantom is ready to be someone’s constant companion and best buddy. Since arriving at the shelter, he has been a little shut down and shy. We are hopeful to find an adopter quickly for him!
