Story
This was a hard decision to make in trying to find a new home for my dog. I recently had neck surgery. The recovery time is very long and I’m looking at another surgery this summer. Kirby is an extremely smart dog and is high energy. I am unable to work with him to release his energy by play, walks, etc. He needs an equally active person.

Story
Makko is an Australian Kelpie/Blue Heeler mix, about 4 years old. We adopted him from PACC, so he is neutered and medically cleared. We’ve had him nearly 5 years. He had separation anxiety at first, but with training he now does well at home and loves his crate. He’s great on and off leash, listens well, and is friendly with people and dogs of all sizes. He’s very active—he runs daily, enjoys hikes, and loves outdoor adventures. He prefers playing with other dogs over toys and loves belly rubs. He may get into the trash if left out, but otherwise is very well-behaved. He is not food aggressive, eats well, and waits for permission before eating—even if food falls on the floor. He’s a loyal, affectionate, and energetic dog who thrives with attention and activity.

Story
The Ausky is a cross between an Australian Cattle Dog and a Siberian Husky, both intelligent, active and enduring breeds. The resulting cross is an intelligent and active dog that does best with early socialization and plenty to do.Foster Notes: He was dumped at a local bank. He gets along well with our dogs, is crate trained, potty trained and learning the treadmill very quickly in my mobile dog gym. He’s very playful and smart, food motivated and easy to train.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
`Meet Vulcan, a sweet and soulful 2-year-old tripod who’s as gentle as they come. Fully house-trained with perfect manners, Vulcan has never had an accident indoors and patiently waits by the door—or gives a soft little whine—when it’s time to go outside. He doesn’t bark, even in new or exciting situations, making him an ideal companion for households with young children or anyone looking for a peaceful, low-noise pup. One little boy asked to pet him on a walk, and Vulcan calmly approached, wagging gently, happy to receive affection. His quiet, steady nature makes him a perfect match for families, first-time dog owners, or anyone who might be nervous around more boisterous dogs. While Vulcan doesn’t yet know his name (he responds best to “puppy” or “who’s a good boy”), and he’s still learning basic commands, his eagerness to connect and please shines through every day. He’s a little wary of new spaces at first—when he first arrived, he stuck to the living room for two weeks before discovering the kitchen! Even now, he mostly sticks close to his people and only ventures into other rooms if they’re already there. This makes him great for homes with off-limits areas or families looking for a dog who won’t wander or get into things. His easygoing, go-with-the-flow personality makes him a gentle presence in any environment. What really sets Vulcan apart is his deep emotional sensitivity. He’s an affectionate cuddlebug who loves being close to his humans, often curling up beside them or resting his head in a lap. He’s especially attuned to emotions—if someone is crying or upset, Vulcan will come running to comfort them, tail wagging and heart wide open. This resilient, loving boy has already overcome a lot, and he carries himself with a quiet strength and tenderness that’s impossible not to fall in love with. Vulcan is more than ready for a forever home filled with kindness, patience, and plenty of snuggles.`
