Story
Eliza is a 1-year old Australian Kelpie/Cattle Dog mix, weighing approximately 25 lbs. This silky black pup is dainty and graceful, and always has a happy and alert expression on her delicate face. Eliza is the perfect size in between small and medium. She has a vibrant, healthy black coat with a long white stripe on her chest, and cute up/down ears that give her a slightly mischievous look! Eliza is a bit shy but very affectionate - she loves hugging and getting petted! With an invitation, she will readily climb into your lap for attention. She walks pretty well on leash, but would benefit from a leash manners refresher. She is also food-motivated and should be a quick study in training. Eliza is a really fun dog, loves to play and always curious about toys! She gets along well with other dogs, cats and kids too.   Currently in Mexico. Looking for a foster or foster-to-adopt home in BC  VETTING:  Fully vaccinated. Soayed. Dewormed. SNAP 4Dx negative (Heartworm, Lyme disease, Ehrlichia, and Anaplasma). Distemper negative. Flea/tick/heartworm prevention. No known medical issues or injuries. ##1813817##

Blondie hasn't had any exposure to children or cats yet. Hi, I'm Blondie! I'm a 6 month old female German Shepherd mix and I'm about 18kgs of love and cuteness. 🥰 Have you ever heard the expression that blondes have more fun? Well, I'm here to tell you that it's true! I love life and I'm a happy-go-lucky gal. I love having fun with other dogs and I get along great with them. I'm a sucker for attention and not shy to admit it. I love to flop on my back and have my belly rubbed. I love to chase balls and frisbees and when I'm playing, you'll often see me hop and jump on my frisbee. I love breakfast time too and I'll regularly pay you in happy dances when you feed me. I can be a little timid when walking on leash but I am very gentle and learning the ropes. I don't really hang out in my crate much. My foster family usually keeps me gated in the kitchen area and it's been great. I also love hanging out under the kitchen table and I keep busy with my chew toys. I especially love the crinkly chew toys. Be warned... don't keep your shoes out. 😉 I'm a champ when it comes to potty training and can hold it through the night and know to go outside when I need to. I'm looking for an amazing furever family that likes to have fun too....giving belly rubs on the regular and playing frisbee with me from time to time. I'm learning to like the car and getting better everyday. I like to chill on the deck and watch the world go by. Can we do that together? 🥰 Apply today to meet me and add a little fun into your life! 😉 **At this time, Blondie hasn't had any exposure to children or cats.

Story
Are you ready for a whole lot of personality and energy in a tiny 'Disney-esque' adorable package? Then meet Bowser! Bowser is a super cute, red heeler cross pup that is searching for an active furrrrever home that can teach him, play with him and train him as he grows. This pup has a busy little mind, and body, so lots of activity for both the body and brain will be key! Bowser is just 5 months old and has lots of learning still to do, but he already knows how to sit, takes treats ever so gently (maybe a few too many treats but how can you not, those puppy dog eyes get you every time) and is fully potty trained. Bowser does well in a kennel and is perfectly fine to stay in it overnight, although he much prefers to cuddle. Leash manners are in the works as he currently likes to play tug of war during walks. So far Bowser is great with dogs his size or larger, but plays too rough for smaller pups. Slow introductions are best as he can be a bit nervous at first, but is quick to warm up. He does well with kids, but has not been introduced to kids under 5 yet. Bowser is still a puppy and tends to nip during play so needs a gentle reminder when this happens. This boy can go from playful pup to cuddles in 3 seconds flat. Backing himself up onto your lap for pets, you'll have one content lapdog on your hands. If these cute puppy dog eyes caught your attention, be sure to apply to meet Bowser today.

Story
I am Koko and I am an extremely intelligent, loving, active, and playful 53 lb young (3 years) Australian cattle dog/Australian Shepherd mix When I first came to Canada I was nervous and reactive to strangers and some dogs. But I have been living in a foster home with several other dogs and getting to meet lots of new people and I now warm to strangers quite quickly. I love being around other dogs, especially those that like playing with me. Check out the video to see me playing with one of my foster sisters here. It would be great if I was adopted into a home with another dog who also loves active play.  I am quite a maternal dog and love to look after and care for my pack mates. I adoped my blind foster sister and helped her feel safe and confident. Once I feel safe with someone (and that likely won't take long at all), I am a cuddly, playful pup who loves my humans very much. While I do have considerable energy and enjoy running around outside, dog parks are not for me. They are just too busy and over-stimulating but my good recall means you can take me hiking off-leash once we've bonded. My foster dad has taken me on lots of trail hikes and says I am such a good hiking companion. I am also a HUGE fan of car travel. I love the wind on my face and the ever-changing view outside. If you want a companion in your vehicle, I'm your gal! I am very easy and eager to train. I love to work and am enjoying agility training immensely. I would love to do any dog sports with you. I seem to have some degree of prey drive so I will need a patient human to use a step by step approach to assist a cat and me to get along. I probably can only live with a cat who would be open to either playing with me or ignoring me. I have visited a farm with cows, goats and sheep. I was very calm and happy there so I might be an ideal dog for an adopter with a farm but no chickens or rabbits. They just look too much like dinner! My ideal home would be a rural or suburban property with a fenced yard as I need to have room for me to run and play outside, However, I am also able to be in a home without property as long as my humans take me on neighbourhood walks and adventures in nature. I just love my time with Mother Nature! I also love to have a big cozy bed for me to snooze on at the end of the day. I am still a young dog and love to play and seek adventure... but I do love a good post-exercise snooze sesh! I would particularly like my human to join me as well! I am spayed and vaccinated. My adoption fee is $750.
