Hi, I’m JoJo — your soon-to-be favorite old man with a heart of gold and just enough spunk to keep you smiling!I may be a senior cattle dog, but I’ve still got pep in my step. I love car rides, walks, and even some playful zooms in the yard with my foster sister. At home, I’m a perfect gentleman — quiet, respectful, and content to nap, snack, or soak up pets and snuggles. I’ll follow you like a shadow, but I’m not overly needy — if I’m comfy, I’ll happily stay put.I get along well with cats and most dogs, though I’d do best with calm, respectful companions. I can’t hear much, but I’m very attentive and quick to respond to hand signals.I’m listed as "foster-to-adopt" because of my hypothyroidism, which just means a simple daily pill. I also finished treatment for a tick-borne bacteria (Ehrlichia), so that’s taken care of. Hiya guys, my name is Spot! And if you're trying to spot the sweetest, most handsome guy around, you found him. I came to the Ranch after my people had to surrender me, and now I'm ready to start my next chapter. I'm a happy, fun-loving guy with lots of love in my heart! My favorite hobbies are hugging and eating. I've been perfectly well behaved at the Ranch, though my former fam does want my future adopters to know that I love my people so much that I will try to protect them, but I don't entirely understand what they do and don't need protection from. Because of that, I will benefit from an understanding home with grown-ups where I can get some more training. I can show off my Sit and Paw, and learn even more! My favorite part of training class is the snacks. It's also fun to have a game to play, so I'd love a yard to play in, especially if you have other dogs! I've met some furry friends at the Ranch and we're getting along great. I really hope you ask to see me when I call to you from the window! I might sound a little yappy, but I'm just asking for some love. I'm a hugger! If you want the best bear hugs around, I'm your boy!
