Introducing Bunji, the lovable 35 lb, two-year-old Australian Cattle Dog! This sweet pup is as friendly as can be, getting along famously with people and other dogs. Despite his time outdoors on a ranch, Bunji does not bark. Unfortunately, he has tested positive for heartworm but fear not! With treatment, he'll be back to his lively self. Story
Hey there, I`m Forest, a timid but tender-hearted pup seeking a patient and loving home. I wandered into the shelter on 05/09/2024 as a stray, but now I`m hoping to find my forever family. Though I may be initially shy, with a bit of time and understanding, I blossom into a sweet and affectionate companion. I`ve been neutered, microchipped, and all my vaccinations are current. I`m ready to explore the world at my own pace and share my gentle spirit with someone special. If you`re looking for a loyal friend to grow with, let`s meet at the shelter and start our journey together. We strongly recommend calling the shelter between 11am and 4pm to discuss more details about my background with our behavior team!

Story
Teddy is the most loving, loyal and sweet dog in the world. He is an Australian Shepherd through and through and has very strong herding instincts. He is very territorial and protective of our home because he thinks that is his job and he loves his family so much. However, that has caused him to nip multiple people in an attempt to herd them away. His needs severely restrict our freedoms and place a lot of stress on our life and we’ve gotten to a point where we wonder if it would be better for him and for us if he found a home that was better suited to his needs. The ideal home for Teddy would be someone with a big fenced in yard who doesn’t have a lot of guests come over and who stays home often. Someone who is looking for a loyal and loving guard dog. Please outreach if this sounds like you, or if you are interested and we would be happy to talk further and provide more details. Thank you!

Story
Marty is such a handsome fella. A strapping young lad, you might say! He's a young black and white short haired shepherd, just over a year old and around 55lbs. His facial features definitely show signs of bull terrier. He has pointed ears that shoot up or down to adorably portray his excitement and curiosity. He's a serious wiggle-butt. He's always in a great mood, happy-go-lucky with a playful and innocent young-dog demeanor. He loves exercise, whether it be playing with all of his dog friends (he's super dog friendly), going on a bike ride alongside you on a leash, or going for a walk/run. If you're looking for a dog to go on adventures with, he's your guy! He would do best in a home with an active family. A canine brother or sister would be a nice bonus, he loves to have someone to play with! He loves all humans and craves your attention. He has not been tested with cats, but he's a loving creature and would likely be OK with a feline companion in the home. After a decompression period away from the kennel environment he would likely do fine with kids in the home! Don't pass on the chance to meet this cute guy! He'll pull at your heart strings from the second you meet him. If you are interested in adopting you must be available and open to a home check, provide vet references (proof that you keep your other pets up to date on all shots, prevention meds and yearly wellness checks, and that other pets in home are neutered or spayed) The adoption fee for this dog is $250.PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET REQUIREMENTS!Apply at pawsfurrecovery.orgWe look forward to receiving your application and will process it within 3 days.If you meet requirements we will call you. Thanks for your interest in this amazing rescue dog!May 23, 2024, 12:04 am
