Story
🏆Odin🏆🐎Odin is a 1.5 to 2 year old Australian Cattle Dog mix. He is a stunning boy who loves feeding time and can be quite affectionate once he gets all his energy out. Odin is super fast and loves racing around the yard or playing tug with the other dogs. He would really love to have a fenced in yard. 🐎Odin is great with other dogs and is fine with cats but would be best with older kids that are not at risk of being knocked over. He is potty trained and crate trained. 🐎Odin is fixed, microchipped, up to date on rabies and DHLPP vaccines, heartworm negative and on heartworm prevention. If you are interested in adopting Odin please visit our website at www.pawsofadamscounty.com and submit an adoption application. When applying, please answer each question completely and honestly. Story
Hi! My name is Sara. I am 7 years old and was rescued by my human dad a few years ago. He recently passed away, so I need another loving home. I am very friendly and love to play. I have been around kids but not REALLY little kids. I am house trained, but I could use a bit more training when it comes to jumping because I get excited. I currently live with my brother, Wally, who also needs a loving home too. Please consider having me join your family!

Story
Hi, Name is Chip! I'm the type of dog that is gonna take time to get to know. I'm mostly scared and confused in being here. I'm not happy in my kennel so I do bark at you. You have to bribe me with hotdogs to get me to trust you. Once I get out on leash I'm fine but it still takes time for me to adjust. We don't know much about chip but to greet with other dogs is a must and to be tested around cats. I would say no to kids. Any additional information about me please ask the people in the office. To adopt one of our animals, please visit our shelter, open Tuesday-Friday from Noon-6pm and Saturday from Noon-4pm. You may also submit an application online from our website at http://www.HelpTheAnimalsINC.com/adopt.

Story
Scarlett is THE CUTEST! From her curly, striped tail to her sweet, speckled face, this charming chick is simply scrumptious. This terrific 4 year old tail-wagger is spunky spirited, and full of playful energy. Scarlett will sit for snacks and is anxious to learn more. She's currently in a foster home and loves playing with toys and taking walks. She can be a little dominant and possessive around canine friends, so we think she'd do best as an only dog. Scarlett will thrive with an active adopter and daily exercise. Her ideal home will include a physically fenced yard. She does have some anxiety and is currently on a daily medication. This medication will need to be continued in her new home.If you're interested in meeting or adopting Scarlett, please complete an application at: inapl.org/adoption-application. Once it's processed, a member of our team will be in touch with you to schedule a meet and greet appointment. This is the time when you and all members of your household will come to our shelter to officially make your connection with Scarlett.ScarlettAustralian Cattle Dog/Terrier mixFemaleDOB: 6/9/2019Weight: 45 lbs.Heartworm Negative

Story
Happy, energetic, and independent describe this guy. Grayson is about 10wks old. He's working hard in his foster home to learn how to be a good house guest. He's doing well with crate training given his age. He's still very young and will need consistency to get him there. Grayson's ideal home will be one that would enjoy training classes and working on obedience. He has an independent nature and often likes things to go his way. He also loves to be outside when the weather is nice, so for this reason, combined with his ability to completely tune you out, a secure fenced yard will be required for Grayson. Grayson is smart, very food motivated and should excel at obedience or working dog adventures. He loves other dogs and will probably be happiest with a kind and patient companion. He has some rough and tumble tendencies and isn't always up for cuddling so kids over 10 would work best for his personality. If you are interested in adopting this pet, please go to www.midwestpetrefuge.com/adopt to complete an application. Fluffy puppy alert! Who doesn't love a fluffy yellow puppy? Bailey is an active and happy puppy that enjoys playing with other dogs and spending time outside. Bailey loves to pretend she doesn't here you when outside so a fenced yard would suit her best. Bailey has strong herding tendencies and is a bit much for the kids in her foster home, kids over 12 will be better for everyone. Bailey is smart, fun, and has lots of puppy energy that will make her excel in obedience. She would love an active family that will keep her busy.If you are interested in adopting this pet, please go to www.midwestpetrefuge.com/adopt to complete an application.
