Story
Her previous owner had to go into a nursing home so we don't have alot of info on her. She was more than likely an outside dog as she was tied up on the property when family came to get her. She is super friendly and loves attention. She is an older dog, probably 8-9 years old, and since being at the prison, they have noticed she has some incontinence issues, but is on a medication that takes care of her accidents to where she doesn't have them anymore. That being said, she would thrive in a home where she had alot of attention and love, maybe as being the only dog or with another low-key buddy. She goes out in a play group with other dogs and does okay, she just doesn't show a whole lot of interest in interacting. And she deffinitley doesn't want to have her space invaded by more active, higher energy dogs. Primary Color: Red Secondary Color: White Weight: 51.4 Age: 9yrs 7mths 1wks

Story
Jovi was surrendered to the shelter when her owner moved and couldn't take her with. She has always been an outside dog, so she is not housetrained. She is good with other dogs and tolerates cats well. She does resource guard her food, so she would need to be the only dog in the home or fed separately. Also, children should not be left around her when she is eating. She has been around kids and did well with them as long as there is no food involved. She's playful, likes chewy toys and belly rubs. Primary Color: Brown Secondary Color: White Weight: 41.4 Age: 5yrs 3mths 3wks

Story
Ozzie was left at the shelter so we don't know much about his past. He gets along well with all the other puppies here at the shelter. He is playful and full of energy. He went on an overnite visit and did well in the house with only one accident. They described his as very snuggly and that he did well in the car. He's a quick learner, so with a little patience and some work, he will make someone a super addition to their family. Primary Color: White Secondary Color: Red Weight: 19.5 Age: 0yrs 4mths 3wks

Story
Bruno was abandoned by his original owner at a family members home, but they could not take on another dog. He is housetrained and crate trained, but he does cry when he is in the kennel. He has not been around children, so we don't know how he will do with them. He does OK with other dogs, once he gets to know them. They say his favorite toy is a ball and likes to play fetch. He is very affectionate and enjoys walks. He's a little older at 7 years, so he would probably enjoy a quiet, stable house to relax in. If you think you can provide that for him, you can do an application online at daslakeoftheozarks.com Primary Color: Blue Roan Weight: 39.5 Age: 7yrs 1mths 2wks

Story
* Contact this dog's foster home at SaveMeAdoptMe@gmail.com or text or leave a message at 573-512-2102 .*Adopter can receive a 1-hour free training session from Let's Get Pawsitive LLC .Darling Adina came from a life being tied 24/7 with nothing more than a barrel for protection and she was prego. She has a tendency to become protective of her person if not introduced immediately to individuals coming into the house so she feels all is safe so best for her to have an adult home or older children only along with a fenced yard because she can get spooked if having to rely on being walked on a leash to go potty. She is an absolute love bug, loves to play with other dogs and will do best with a doggie playmate, is good with cats, and just wants a warm comfy sofa to snuggle on while she enjoys the company of her family. Her estimated DOB is Jun 2019 and is 30 lb. Don't know her breed mix; her mama was a brown brindle boxer mix, goes on point when walking, and but mostly resembles and acts like a cattle dog when playing and herding the other dogs. Contact this animals foster home at SaveMeAdoptMe@gmail.com or text or leave a message at 573-512-2102. The adoption donation of $150.00 covers spay / neuter, vaccinations, microchip with lifetime registration, deworming, negative heartworm test, and current monthly heartworm and flea and tick prevention. He seems to be great with children and other dogs. He is also housetrained. He is still a young dog and will need someone with alot of patience to get him comfortable in their home. She is a little older gal, but still gets around pretty well. She is super sweet and calm. She would make a great dog for someone who just wanted a friend to hang with on the coudh and watch TV.
