Story
Quinn was adopted from us as a puppy and ended up being too much for the chihuahua in her home. She had been with us since she was a few days old, then adopted to a nice family that ended up not being the perfect fit. Quinn is naturally a shy girl, similar to her momma Kenzi. She is not aggressive, but is shy in new situations. She is kennel trained and working on learning some basic obedience. While we aren't sure on her breeds, we'd bet that she qualifies as a SuperMutt, with a little bit of this and a little bit of that. We are guessing Quinn will grow to be an approximately 40 lb lap dog. Please send in an application at www.waggingtailsrescue.org

Story
A1286887 Kieran is a 4-year-old, 58-pound, neutered male, Australian Cattle Dog. He was surrendered to the shelter by his owner because they got a divorce and had to move into an apartment. He has lived with other dogs (entered the shelter with Leia) and children but not with cats. He likes to play with chew toys.Keiran is being treated for an ear infection and skin allergies by our medical team.Keiran is an outgoing boy. He is easy to leash and ready to leave the kennel. He loves exploring and sniffing around. He has good leash manners but will jump on you if you ignore him. He has cattle dog tendencies and will voice his opinion about things. He gets along really well with Leia. Keiran is a handsome boy that is looking for a yard and home to play in again.

Story
A1284238 Wendy is approximately 1-year-old, 43-pound, spayed female, Cattle dog/Shepherd mix.She entered the shelter as a stray. Her microchipped owner stated they gave the dog away and were not going to be reclaiming her. She was just adopted earlier in September from the other local animal shelter. Wendy is beautiful medium sized dog. She is full of energy and spunk! She has done well in our group play with other dogs, and really enjoys running and playing. She does need some obedience training as she has no guidance regarding personal space and will jump up on you for attention. Wendy does walk well on a leash and likes to explore her surroundings. She will be a fun dog for an active family. A meet and greet is recommended if you have another dog at home.
