Story
Roxxie and Codie are ready to build the perfect relationship with their forever families.❤️ These beautiful heeler mixes are around 18 months old and around 55lbs. They are the perfect size for snuggles and very respectful with their weight! They had a rough start to life, but their foster mama has been working hard on confidence building and now they are ready to find a wonderful home of their very own!🐾 Codie and Roxxie are timid upon first meeting new people due, but once they warm up all they want are snuggles and loving from their people! They are both athletic and love to zoomie around the yard, and they will tell you how they feel with a bark or a howl. 🤪 These beautiful pups are crate trained and house trained. They sleep great in their crates at night! They are good with other dogs after appropriate introductions and love to go for walks and play with the pups in their foster home.🐶 Their foster mom has a few requests for their forever home! They want a home with a fenced-in yard where they can run and play, a furry sibling or two that have manners and will show them the ropes in their new home, and a family that is there more often than not so they can get comfortable with their new people. They take a little while to warm up, so a patient family is a MUST!🏡 If interested in adopting one of our available pets, please fill out an application at http://www.dixiegirldogrescue.org/adopt-form Our rescue pets are fostered in Southern foster homes (unless otherwise stated) and are posted for adoption once they are completely vetted and ready to travel. Our pets are adoptable in Alabama and anywhere along our transport route to Rhode Island. All animals are completely vetted, spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, dewormed, and have a canine heartworm test if over 7 months or feline leukemia/combo test. All animals are microchipped and receive a interstate health certificate prior to transport. Adoption fees help towards this vetting, normal foster expenses, preventatives and sometimes boarding.

Story
DOZER IS IN HIS FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS, TN, AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO PA ONCE ADOPTED!   Dozer is 1 year old and about 50lbs. He thrives on love and attention from his humans. He likes balls of all sizes,  fuzzy toys and friends to play with. This  boy will make a  wonderful addition to a loving, fun family! Dozer is an active boy, that will do best in a home with another dog for him to play with. He does like to chase cats if they run but also plays gently if they give him a chance. He is great with the foster puppies in his home. He teaches the babies how to play, and watches over them. He is a smart and handsome guy. He is leash, kennel, and house trained. Expensive toys aren't necessary for this sweet boy as sticks are biscuits favorite! He'll pick them up, run with them, and fetch them. Dozer  rides very well, and his favorite place to go to is Tractor Supply. He loves meeting people and being the center of attention. Dozer is ready for adoption. He is completely vetted. Vetting includes spaying/neutering, microchip, rabies as well as all puppy vaccinations, and has been on preventatives. His adoption fee of $550 includes the transport to PA. We use a licensed and registered USDA transport company that will bring Dozer up north to his new family.   If you have any questions, please email us at:   newbeginnings_animalrescue@yahoo.com You can apply to adopt Dozer here: www.newbeginningsanimalrescue.net THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING ADOPTING A RESCUED PET! Meet Sissy! Sissy and her brother Sylvester came to us from another shelter, and now Sissy is looking for her forever family! Spunky Sissy loves to explore! Being outside and chasing anything that is squeaky is Sissy's favorite activity. Sissy would need a home without any cats, and does require a meet with any potential doggy friends. Since Sissy is still young, she will need a patient home who is willing to work on her training. If Sissy sounds like the pup for you, please fill out an application for her today! Say hello to Sylvester! Sylvester and his sister Sissy came to us from another shelter, and he is ready to find himself a home! Sociable Sylvester loves meeting new people and getting all the attention! Sylvester enjoys trotting around outside, and is more laid back compared to his spunky sister. Since Sylvester is still a pup, he does need some basic leash and manner training. If Sylvester is the boy for you, please fill out an application for him today! Sylvester is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.
