Story
...Meet Carmen Sandiego!Carmen Sandiego came to us after being spotted running around a neighborhood for several weeks before a good Samaritan was finally able to catch her. Now that she`s safely off the streets, this petite little girl is ready to find a home where she can stay!At just 25 pounds, Carmen is a small package with a BIG need for adventure. We believe she is some sort of Heeler mix, possibly with Rat Terrier, although her exact breed is a mystery. One thing we know for sure? This girl can GO, GO, GO! And until she has formed a bond with her new person, she may just decide to GO, GO, GO right back in the opposite direction!Because of her history as a runner, a secure yard will be a must. If a secure fence isn`t an option, her adopter will need to be committed to keeping her safely leashed until she has built a strong bond and understands that she is finally home.Carmen is a sweet girl who can be a little unsure when faced with new people or situations. She just needs someone patient who will give her time to build confidence and learn that she doesn`t have to spend her days running the streets anymore.Carmen has already done the hard part—getting to safety. Now she`s looking for someone willing to give her the loving, secure home she`s been searching for.Carmen is spayed and ready to go home today! Her adoption fee is $50 and includes her spay, microchip, age-appropriate vaccines, and flea, tick, and worm treatment.Come meet Carmen Sandiego and help this little runaway finally disappear into a forever home!

Story
Meet Hershey, a two-and-a-half-year-old Cattle Dog/Kelpie mix weighing around 65 pounds.Hershey is pure joy on four legs! This friendly, outgoing boy loves everyone he meets and can turn any moment into a celebration with his wiggly body and goofy antics. He’s enthusiastic, playful, and always ready for attention—especially if it comes with pets, scratches, or belly rubs.Hershey did have his tail docked due to “happy tail,” but it hasn’t slowed him down one bit. He still wiggles with excitement for every person, every toy, and every new adventure. His happiness is truly contagious! He has also met other dogs while with us and done very well, enjoying playing with them and doing zoomies. This chocolate-colored bundle of fun is full of energy, love, and silly charm. He already knows “sit” and “down,” is very treat-motivated, and is both smart and eager to keep learning. With his zest for life, he’d thrive in a home that can give him plenty of playtime, interaction, and continued positive training.Hershey’s mission in life is simple: make you laugh, soak up your love, and bring nonstop happiness to your days.
