Story
Meet Axel, a handsome young Australian Cattle Dog with a thoughtful, independent spirit. He may come across as a bit aloof at first, quietly observing the world around him and taking his time to feel things out. But beneath that reserved exterior is a loyal heart just waiting to connect—Axel is the kind of dog who forms a deep, meaningful bond with his person, and once you’re in his circle, you’re there for life.Axel can be calm and quiet in new situations, but give him a little patience and a safe space, and you’ll start to see his true personality shine. As he grows more comfortable, his energy and playful side begin to emerge, revealing a smart, active dog who’s ready to explore, learn, and engage. Like many cattle dogs, he’ll thrive with someone who understands his need for both mental and physical stimulation. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who may take a little time to warm up but will reward you with unwavering devotion, Axel could be your perfect match. With the right home and a bit of patience, he’s sure to blossom into a confident, energetic partner by your side. The dog adoption fee is $110. They come spayed/neutered, microchipped, first set of vaccines including DAPP (parvo combo), Bordatella (kennel cough), have been dewormed with Pyrantel, and have been treated with selamectin for fleas. Our website updates every hour, but some animals may be adopted faster than we can get them updated online.  If you`d like to check on the status of an animal, please call us at 360-352-2510.  This is especially important if you are viewing this animal on any site other than Animal Services` website.

Story
Rusty is a soft, calm, and cuddly little boy with a heart full of love. At just around two months old, he already shows a naturally gentle and easygoing personality that makes him such a comforting presence to be around. Rusty enjoys the simple things in life—warm cuddles, gentle attention, and being close to his people. He is happiest when he can snuggle in, relax, and feel safe and loved. His calm nature makes him especially sweet and endearing, and he has a way of making everyone around him feel at ease. Check out how cute he is in his YouTube video now https://youtu.be/cpmgs8abbUo?si=l2Zs82XIfedq6I86 While he does enjoy playing, Rusty tends to lean more toward the calm and cozy side of puppy life. He’s not overly wild or energetic, which makes his affectionate and mellow personality stand out even more. Rusty is the kind of puppy who will grow into a loyal, loving companion who enjoys quiet moments just as much as time spent together.
