Story
Louie is a highly-energetic puppy that is in need of a loving home, with lots of space to run around. He’s a noisy little guy; very talkative, and responds to his name. Louie can “sit” and “spin” on command. Louie is a “love-bug” and likes all the snuggles when it’s nap time. It’s good to note that he is a “playful nipper”. Louie has not been around other dogs, but is friendly with cats. He is crate trained as well! Our family would love to keep him, but due to work schedules, an almost two-year old, and being a full-time student, our home is, unfortunately, not ready to home another animal. Louie would love to be paired with a family who is able to adhere to his fast-paced personality and give him the space and time to let him live a great life.

Story
Romina’s story almost ended before it truly began. 💔 She had very little time left when we came across a random post and knew we had to act immediately. That moment of urgency is what saved her life. Now, this 3-year-old mini Aussie mix is getting ready for a brand-new beginning — she is being fostered in Des Moines, WA, thanks to one of our dearest adopters who opened their home and heart to her. Romina is active, playful, friendly, and incredibly smart. She loves puzzles, enjoys walks, rides and water! She does great on leash, is potty trained, and is an all-around fun, sweet companion. She would thrive with another dog friend to help release her energy and with a family who has the time, space, and commitment to fill her days with love and care and take her on adventures evrywhere! She was given a second chance just in time — now she’s waiting for her forever. If you feel a connection, send in an application and let’s see if you’re her perfect match. ✨

Story
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Otts! Otts is a 9-month-old, 37 lb Australian Cattle Dog mix who came to us as a stray from an overcrowded shelter. He’s a total charmer ~ sweet, spunky, goofy, and full of youthful energy! Otts has that classic cattle dog enthusiasm for life and is always ready for his next adventure. This handsome boy is active, athletic, and would thrive in a home that enjoys hiking, running, backpacking, and spending time outdoors. He would make an excellent running or adventure companion for someone with an active lifestyle. Otts is smart, eager to learn, and very people-oriented, though he can be a bit “all over the place” at times ~ he’ll benefit from continued training, structure, and mental stimulation to help him focus and thrive. Otts has done great with other dogs and would love a canine sibling to play with and learn from. He could also do well as an only dog as long as he’s kept well-socialized and given plenty of outlets for his energy. This fun, loving, and energetic pup is looking for a home that’s ready to embrace his personality, keep him active, and continue guiding him as he grows into an amazing adult dog. Otts is ready to be someone’s loyal adventure buddy! Otts is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped and neutered. His adoption fee is $500.

Story
Meet Rip, a striking red and white Australian Cattle Dog weighing about 45 pounds and estimated to be around 2–3 years old. Rip is an active, intelligent guy who walks nicely on leash and truly shines when it’s time to play—especially if a tennis ball is involved! Fetch is his favorite game, and he’ll happily show off his athleticism and focus while chasing after it. Rip also loves attention from his people and enjoys being engaged, whether that’s playtime, training, or just hanging out together.Rip would do best in a home without small animals or livestock. He may do well with medium to large dogs given proper introductions, but he’d also be perfectly content as the only pet where he can soak up all the attention. True to his breed, Rip is loyal, energetic, and eager to bond with his person, making him a great match for an active home looking for a devoted companion. The dog adoption fee is $90. They come spayed/neutered, microchipped, first set of vaccines including DAPP (parvo combo), Bordatella (kennel cough), have been dewormed with Pyrantel, and have been treated with selamectin for fleas. Our website updates every hour, but some animals may be adopted faster than we can get them updated online. If you`d like to check on the status of an animal, please call us at 360-352-2510. This is especially important if you are viewing this animal on any site other than Animal Services` website.
