Molly is the kind of dog who lives for her people. If you stop petting her, she’ll politely place a paw on your arm as a friendly reminder that your job isn’t finished yet. If that doesn’t work, she’ll gently nose your hand like, “Excuse me… more love, please.” She follows her humans from room to room, happy just to be near you. Wherever you are, that’s exactly where Molly wants to be. She’s wonderful with other dogs, especially smaller, mellow pals, and she’s also great with cats. My name is Rapids and as my name suggests, there`s a challenging course ahead. I was found as a stray at the Dells of Eau Claire park and something inside of me broke that day; going through life knowing that the ones you love can leave you isn`t an easy pill to swallow and I`ve found it hard to trust and give my heart freely ever since. The next humans to love me will have to be patient, tolerant and in this for the long haul; seriously, if you don`t see forever in our future than keep moving. I would do best in a home with other dogs my size or larger, no small children and with an active lifestyle to keep my mind and my body happy.
