Story
Coco is looking for her forever home. Coco is appx 7 years old and was pulled from death row at the 11th hour. She is a Kelpie. She knows several commands including sit, sit pretty, stay, down, paw, other paw, and catch. She is sensitive with being leashed but once in does fine and would do best as an only pet or possibly with one other with very slow introduction as she is dog selective. She is housebroken, utd on shots, and already spayed. She likes her crate but does not like to be confined to it as it seems to cause her anxiety. She will need someone with patience as her past traumas are not known but I'm sure exists. She has to find a home pretty quickly as she is about to lose hers due to personal health reasons.

Hi- I’m Malina! I'm a gorgeous girl estimated at 2 years old, last weighed in at 45 lbs and look like a shepherd and/or Kelpie mix- rescue’s best guess. I am a very sweet girl! I walk well on leash, know some of my basic commands, and have been friendly with other dogs. I have a mellow and relaxed personality. I would love just hanging out with my family- be it at the beach or park or just relaxing while watching tv at home.My $450 adoption fee includes vet check, up-to-date vaccinations, spay, heartworm test (negative), microchip and deworming. Looking for a low key dog? Pick Mink! She is calm and sweet and loves attention. Mink is about 26lbs. She is not livestock reactive and seem to get along with everything but she has not been close to cats, so don’t know about that. She probably would need a fenced yard to be comfortable. Mink is currently fostered in the Spring Hill, FL area.
