Story
Missy Bear Personality of the Shepard part. She is fun has a happy outgoing personality, loves to play, can be sassy, loves belly rubs. Would be great with a family who has a lot of kids who can play, or family with land, or someone who takes walks as she is high energy dog as she is very playful and gets bored easily. Knows commands: sit, up, come, down, stay, bring ball, and will delay getting food for short periods of time. She is still working on listening on impulse control when excited such as jumping or coming. She will listen to "no". She does not like leashes but will tolerate one. Indoor Kennel trained at night so she doesn't chew on things. House broke, whines at door when wants out. She is vaccinated and spade. Missy's challenges are she's a chewer when bored, would be a good work or hunting dog, will bring you birds, moles, rats. She is given lots of toys, bones. We have new jobs and cannot keep up with her separation anxiety.

Story
Penelope was found in Eastern Kentucky last spring/summer following the tornado that destroyed many homes. She was in the woods with her mom and siblings. We took her in with the intent of finding her a new home. She has a sweet personality and loves to be playful with our other dog and children. She especially loves stuffed toys. She has a few that are her favorite for her to take to her new home with her. We had her initial puppy shots done but I believe it is now time for additional ones. She is also crate trained for bed and house trained with the exception of an accident here or there.

This beautiful Australian Shepherd is the definition of a Velcro dog—she loves her people deeply and wants to be right by your side. She is affectionate, loyal, and happiest when she’s with her humans rather than left to entertain herself. She truly adores people, but she’s most comfortable in an adult-focused home. Older teens or a calm household would be ideal, as she prefers quieter interactions over the hustle and bustle of young children. An active lifestyle suits her well! A fenced yard is not required as long as her adopter is committed to regular walks, enrichment, and quality time together. She enjoys being engaged and part of the daily routine rather than spending long hours alone. She is doing well with potty training and continues to make great progress. Crate training is a work in progress—she can tolerate it but would much rather be near her people, which fits her Velcro personality perfectly.

Sweet sweet Rose.  She is a little shy but warms up very quickly and then doesn't want to leave your side.  Rose is gorgeous with all the shades of brown in her coat.  She loves to play but also a big supporter of cuddly time.  Rose is ready to be your Valentine the week of February 9th so don't delay.   The adoption fee for puppies under 6 months of age is $265. If the puppy is too young or small to be fixed there will be a $75 spay/neuter rebate form provided. They currently have at least 1 puppy shot,, flea preventative, heartworm preventative and are microchipped with lifetime registration ($13).
