Story
*This dog doesn’t belong to ASF and hasn’t been evaluated by ASF.* Meet Cooper! He is an 8-year-old Miniature American Shepherd and weighs around 20 lbs. He is neutered and up to date on shots (he is allergic to the rabies and DHPP vaccines) but isn’t on heartworm prevention. Cooper is nervous around strangers! He hasn’t been tested around younger children. He is good with older children and cats. He is good with the other dogs inside of the home but is nervous around dogs outside of the home! He isn’t housebroken or crate trained. The owner is surrendering him because her other dog doesn’t get along with him. He needs to go ASAP! If you think you can provide a great home for Cooper, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $150 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Cooper. Owner’s Contact Information: Jessica jessicakaylett@yahoo.com

Story
Meet Beau: Beau is a sweet 2.5-year-old pup seeking his forever home! We adopted him as a puppy from the Kentucky Humane Society. He's the most gentle dog you'll ever meet, amazing with kids and other dogs—a true family dog. Our family recently welcomed a new baby, bringing our young children count to four. With all the happy chaos, we simply can't give Beau the attention he deserves. We would love to find him a home where he can receive more love and attention. We’re confident he will be a great addition to your family!

Story
Meet Chloe! Chloe is a 40 pound 2-year-old Australian Shepherd mix with a sweet and loving personality. We rescued her after finding her wandering the streets, malnourished and very timid. Over the past four months, she has blossomed into a playful, affectionate dog who adores attention and her favorite toys. Chloe has a lot of energy, as most Aussies do, and she deserves a home where she has plenty of time, space, and activity to keep her happy. Unfortunately, were unable to give her the level of exercise and stimulation she needs, and we want her to thrive in a home that can. If you’re looking for a loyal, playful companion, Chloe would be a wonderful addition to your family. ❤️🐾

Story
Name: Brie Breed: Aussie/Border Collie Sex: Female Age: DOB: 2-10-25 Spayed/Neutered: Will be neutered/spayed prior to adoption Vaccinations: Puppy vaccines will be up to date - all vaccinations required after adoption are the responsibility of the adopter. Heartworm: Too young (testing is done at 6 months of age) Housetrained: Not yet Microchipped: Not yet Adoption Fee/Donation: $350 Important!! Think long and hard before adopting a puppy. Consider the lifestyle change this puppy will come with. He cannot be crated for more than 3-4 hours at a time until he’s older. Puppy-proofing your home will be necessary. Puppies scratch and nip, so if you have small children, can they handle this? Training will be so important in this puppy’s life. Do you have the time? Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter, heart worm test if applicable) microchip, worming and flea/tick/heart worm (if applicable) preventatives. Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
