Name: Missy Breed: Aussie Mix Sex: Female Age: 1-2 yrs Spayed/Neutered: Will be neutered/spayed prior to adoption Vaccinations: Vaccines will be up to date - all vaccinations required after adoption are the responsibility of the adopter. Heartworm: Will be performed at spay Housetrained: Not yet Microchipped: Not yet Adoption Fee/Donation: $100 Important!! Think long and hard before adopting a puppy. Consider the lifestyle change this puppy will come with. He cannot be crated for more than 3-4 hours at a time until he's older. Puppy-proofing your home will be necessary. Puppies scratch and nip, so if you have small children, can they handle this? Training will be so important in this puppy's life. Do you have the time? Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter, heart worm test if applicable) microchip, worming and flea/tick/heart worm (if applicable) preventatives. Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need. Story
Missy Bear Personality of the Shepard part. She is fun has a happy outgoing personality, loves to play, can be sassy, loves belly rubs. Would be great with a family who has a lot of kids who can play, or family with land, or someone who takes walks as she is high energy dog as she is very playful and gets bored easily. Knows commands: sit, up, come, down, stay, bring ball, and will delay getting food for short periods of time. She is still working on listening on impulse control when excited such as jumping or coming. She will listen to "no". She does not like leashes but will tolerate one. Indoor Kennel trained at night so she doesn't chew on things. House broke, whines at door when wants out. She is vaccinated and spade. Missy's challenges are she's a chewer when bored, would be a good work or hunting dog, will bring you birds, moles, rats. She is given lots of toys, bones. We have new jobs and cannot keep up with her separation anxiety.
