Short Tail Shelly came to us from a kill shelter in Arkansas where she ended up by no fault of her own. This is a nice, friendly girl who is good with people & other dogs. She is very sweet, happy but would benefit from some basic obedience and confidence building.  Her approx. birth date is 02/14/22 and she currently weighs 40# full grown. We are guessing at her breed make up. She does have a short tail. She has been vet. checked, spayed,  micro chipped, is up to date on routine shots & wormings includung rabies, and has been treated with flea & heart worm preventative per our protocol. She is also heart worm negative. Her adoption donation is $250 and needs to be cash, certified check, money order or a debit/credit card. There is a 3% processing fee when using a debit/credit card. His birth date is 10/29/17 and he currently weighs approx. 45#. He is very sweet guy who needs a little confidence with new people. He has a lot of energy and needs a home that will have time to exercise him. We are looking for an adult only home. Uodate - he was adopted & recently returned because his adopter developed health issues that he cannot care for a pet. This guy is house trained. He tested good with cats. Finn is a three and a half year old Australian Shepard. We got him from a breeder and have had him since he was 8 weeks old. He is super energetic, will play fetch with you for hours, and is very eager to meet new people and play with them. He also loves to cuddle on the couch towards the end of the night. We are looking for a new home that will be able to give him the exercise that he needs. We just recently became parents and haven't been able to give him the attention he deserves for the better half a year. He just started to chew on things because we haven't been able to get him out as much. He LOVES to play with other dogs, but as soon as we introduced him to a new puppy to live with, he became pretty territorial. Ever since we've had him he has been defensive over his food. We had an incident where my 1-year old son was dropping some food on the floor and Finn came up and tried to eat it. My son reached for him and Finn bit him. No small kids or other dogs in the home plz

Socks was born on July 5th 2023. He is super sweet and good with kids, cats, and other dogs. He's very sweet and wants to please. He has a ton of energy and loves attention so much. He loves being outside and would be great on a large property home where he can run and explore. Unfortunately he has developed litter mate syndrome and is not thriving in the way I know he could if her weren't constantly being challenged by his littermate for the Alpha Role and cowering down to him. Please consider adopting this sweet boy. We love him so much already but only intended to foster. I highly recommend crating at first. Socks has always had access to go potty outside at his own free will. He was kept in our heated garage with a doggy door to the fenced in back yard. Although he knows not to go in the house and is inside when we are home from work and on weekends, he hasn't been required to "hold it" since he only comes in the house if we are home and we frequently offered to let him out.

Iris is such a sweet and fun Australian Shepherd but due to a small house and the fact that she doesn't do well with our other dogs, she will have a better life in a different home. She is the smartest Aussie I have ever had - and I've had 4 of them! She loves to work, learn tricks, and hike. She is highly food motivated, highly motivated to please. She'll have her energy bursts, but once she gets her daily walk or play in, she wants nothing more than to snuggle up to you. She will be going to a professional trainer in May to help her with her stress levels - she is scared of strangers and is reactive. She does have some resource guarding - more so with dogs, but I would advise a house without young children. The trainers are going to help with the transition from our home to yours - we will be covering the expense of the "Transition Training". Even better, if you want to take her in May, you can take over with her Board and Train and the trainers will walk you through everything.
