“HI ALL!!! My name is Tina (but I answer to hand signals!) I’m under 4years old as much as I love my friends here I really would LOVE a foster or forever home that can help me along- I have had a hard time training due to being deaf and some people just don’t understand me:( I would require a new parent to be very understanding and knowledgeable regarding hearing impaired pets or willing to work with me. I have been returned a few times due to my mouth getting me into trouble:( But, I know my forever home is out there!!! I’m the best girl ever I promise and I would LOVE a place to call home for now or permanently that has prior experience with a deaf puppy!!!”   ##575157##

Story
Hi, I'm Abby! I have been at the shelter for a while now and really want to find my forever home. I am an Aussie/ heeler mix and have the personality to match. I will fit best with somebody who is willing to invest in dog training and has experience with herding dogs. If you give me a little time to learn what you want from me, I know I will make you happy. I prefer a human with an active lifestyle and want a fenced yard to run in to keep me physically active. Since I'm a very intelligent dog, I would love to have my brain challenged! I would prefer a home without other animals or children. I have some arthritis in my hips and the vet has found a protocol that keeps me comfortable. Feel free to ask us about it!Please come meet me soon!DOB 8/8/20 44 poundsI'm waiting for a home to call my own. email webmaster@petrefuge.com to learn more about me or fill out an application at https://www.petrefuge.com/adoptPet Refuge was formed in 1978 to help with cats and dogs in need of homes. Gracie is a 3-year-old, 50-pound sweetheart who’s already spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. She’s done well with other dogs and enjoys having canine friends to play with. Gracie can be a little shy at first, but she warms up quickly—usually within 10 minutes—especially if treats and gentle attention are involved! She’s had basic training and picks up new things quickly—she’s a smart girl who loves to please. Gracie’s favorite thing in the world is spending time outside, whether it’s going for a walk, exploring the yard, or just soaking up some sunshine.Gracie would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loyal, loving, and active friend.
