Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Durango, CO Scout is an 6 month old Australian Shepherd in Durango, CO and weighs 38 lbs. He is up to date on shots and on heartworm prevention but isn’t neutered. Scout doesn’t do well with kids and hasn’t been tested around cats. He is fear aggressive towards other dogs but settles down once he realizes they won’t hurt him. His owner said he is a very loving and obedient boy when he isn’t anxious. He is on Prozac for his anxiety. Scout loves belly rubs and splashing in the water! The owner is surrendering him because she is unable to provide him with the training he needs. He needs to find a new furever home as soon as possible! If you think you can provide a great home for Scout, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $150 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Scout.
