Story
Meet Chase! She is an adorable Australian Shepherd mix puppy who was rescued from a "free box" in Socorro, along with her brother Rowdy. Chase prefers to take her time adjusting to her new environment, observing the other animals in her pack before fully engaging in puppy play. She enjoys playing with toys, sleeps well in her crate at night, and has a gentle temperament. Her foster mom has dogs, cats, and horses, so Chase will be well-prepared to continue her journey in various new situations. If you're interested in meeting Chase, come to our adoption event on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month from 11am-2pm, located at 6300 San Mateo NE in the south Sprouts parking lot. Story
Meet Doggo, Doggo is an easy going mellow dog just waiting for her forever home! This gal embodies gentleness and friendliness, always ready for a cuddle, a belly rub, or just some pets. Doggo shows signs of being housetrained and will just need gentle reminders in her new home. This overweight cutie is working hard at losing some unwanted weight. Since they don`t make Ozempic for dogs we have her on a weight loss food and try and get her out on walks as much as possible which is why she really needs a home where she can go on a daily walk. She adores everyone she meets and thrives on affection. She was shaved when she arrived due to severe matting of her fur. She will prosper in a mellow household, one where she is given lots of belly rubs and those most important daily walks. Yes, her fur will come in and she will be beautiful as ever!Come and meet this wonderful lady today at the Eastside Animal Shelter!

Story
Hi! My name is Shash (Navajo for Black Bear). I’m a 5 year old full bred Australian Shepherd looking for a loving human to go on lots of adventures with! I love to hike, climb rocks, follow on the bike, and go on walks. My current mom has even taken me skiing. Take me to the river and I’ll jump in it. Oh did I mention frisbee? That’s my favorite thing! I’m good with kids and just want to give lots of cuddles and love. Sometimes I get seizures, and need someone to comfort and hold me during those times. I’m ready to find my forever family.

Story
Hi, I’m Auri! I’m a pint-sized pup clocking in at a mighty 37 lbs and around 2–3 years old. I’ve got a soft, pretty coat and show-stopping eyes. I come complete with full-body wiggles every time I see you… even if you just leave the room for a second! I’m a professional snuggler, a big fan of meeting/greeting new people, and I absolutely adore kids. I am very outgoing and have plenty of energy, so I would love an active home to keep up with my adventures. Long walks? Yes please. Hikes? I’m in. Car rides? Shotgun! And when the day is done, I would love nothing more than to be snuggled up by your side. If you’re looking for a new adventure buddy that will keep a permanent smile on your face, I’m your gal! If you’re interested in meeting Auri, come to our adoption event on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month from 11am-2pm, located at 6300 San Mateo NE in the south Sprouts parking lot. Please email pacadogs@aol.com to ensure she will be there. Alternatively, we can arrange a Private Meet-and-Greet with the foster parent and your household with a completed application.
