Story
Meet Phoenix Wright! Phoenix is a happy, playful, active Australian Shepherd mix puppy. Phoenix is part of a large, accidental litter that was born in a home and socialized early. Though we have been told that the parents are Australian Shepherds, we cannot guarantee a breed or adult size. Phoenix and the rest of his litter are very stereotypical Aussies though! Phoenix is a big boy for his age--bigger than his sister, for sure! He may be on the larger size when fully grown. He is being fostered with one of his sisters, Maya Fey (Fey). They play hard in a fenced yard, then sleep hard on the patio furniture or in their crate. Phoenix loves playing with toys and playmates, snuggling with people or dogs, and discovering the outside world. He currently lives with other dogs and older children and does fine with all of them. So far he has only been vocal when playing, however we cannot guarantee his suitability for an apartment. Phoenix is a typical Aussie mix puppy: smart, social, playful, and energetic! His ideal home would provide patience and consistency in his training so he can be his best self, and would provide activity and stimulation. He could live with another dog or as an only dog who gets to play with dog friends regularly. Phoenix is a happy, sweet boy who would love to play and snuggle with his people!

Story
Bennie is a sweet, cuddly boy who loves to follow you around and snuggle up to you when relaxing. He’s very quick to learn and has done exceptionally well with house training and leash/off-leash walking. We were told that this litter’s parents are Australian Shepherds, though we cannot guarantee their exact breed mix. What we can say is that these puppies seem to share many classic Aussie traits—smart, active, and happiest when they have something to do. Bennie will do best with a family ready to continue his puppy training and provide plenty of both physical activity and mental enrichment as he grows. Bennie is an energetic puppy and loves short outings outdoors where he can run around in an open space. He gets along well with other dogs (currently being fostered in a home with a 2-year-old mini-Aussie). He'd enjoy having a playmate his size and energy level to help keep him active and entertained. Bennie likes having plenty of choices of pillows, beds, and soft areas (blankets, rugs) to lie on. He loves chew toys and plushy squeak or crinkly stuffies. He very much enjoys being doted and loved on by the people around him. If you're ready for an adorable and energetic little buddy, apply to meet Bennie!

Meet Maya Fey! Fey is an active, vocal, playful Australian Shepherd mix puppy. Fey is part of a large, accidental litter that was born in a home and socialized early. Though we have been told that the parents are Australian Shepherds, we cannot guarantee a breed or adult size. Fey and the rest of her litter are very stereotypical Aussies though! Based on her size now, Fey should be a medium-sized dog when fully grown. She is being fostered with one of her brothers, Phoenix Wright (Phoenix). They play hard in a fenced yard, then sleep hard on the patio furniture or in their crate. Fey loves running across the yard, climbing and jumping, playing with toys and playmates, and snuggling with people or dogs. She is learning to fetch balls and sticks and is ecstatic when it looks like someone might throw something for her! She currently lives with other dogs and older children and does fine with all of them, though she may be too much for shy dogs or small children. Fey is very talkative and expressive, and can be loud when she wants to play. Because of this, she would likely not do well in an apartment. Fey is a typical Aussie mix puppy: smart, social, playful, and energetic! Her ideal home would provide patience and consistency in her training so she can be her best self, and would provide a lot of activity and stimulation. Because of Fey’s high energy, she would likely do best with a family that has breed experience or will work with a trainer.

Story
Tate is a sweet and funny little pup who loves spending time outside exploring the world. She’s currently learning how to walk on a leash and is making great progress as she gains confidence in her new surroundings. She absolutely loves other dogs and tends to be more on the submissive side, often happily following their lead during play and learning from them along the way. Tate has a playful personality and one of her favorite things right now is her beloved squeaky chicken, which keeps her thoroughly entertained. Tate is also working on crate training and has already made wonderful progress—she’s now sleeping through the night from about 11 pm to 6 am. She’s a moderate-energy puppy who enjoys bursts of playtime, but once she’s worn herself out, she turns into a floppy little rag doll, ready to relax and soak up some love. We were told that this litter’s parents are Australian Shepherds, though we cannot guarantee their exact breed mix. What we can say is that these puppies seem to share many classic Aussie traits—smart, active, and happiest when they have something to do. Tate will do best with a family ready to continue her puppy training and provide plenty of both physical activity and mental enrichment as she grows. With her sweet nature, playful spirit, and adorable floppy cuddles, Tate is sure to make a wonderful companion for the right home.

Story
Blossom is an energetic, silly little pup who is still discovering just how big and exciting the world can be. Everything seems new to her, and she approaches life with curiosity, enthusiasm, and plenty of playful puppy antics. She plays well with the dachshund in her foster home and is already learning important dog-to-dog skills, including how to respect boundaries during play. Blossom can be a little timid when meeting new people, but she warms up fairly quickly once she realizes she’s safe. As she grows, she’ll benefit from a patient family who can help her continue building confidence while introducing her to new people, places, and experiences. Blossom is very food motivated, which is already helping her learn basic commands and training routines. She sleeps well in her crate at night without crying and goes out a couple of times overnight for potty breaks. She’s also learning to be comfortable spending time in the crate when her people are out of the house, especially when she has something fun like a Kong to keep her busy. We were told that the parents of this litter are Australian Shepherds, though we cannot guarantee their exact breed mix. What we can say is that these puppies definitely show many of the classic Aussie traits — they are smart, energetic, and happiest when they have something to do. Future adopters should be ready for a puppy who will need not only basic training, but also plenty of mental and physical enrichment to keep her engaged and thriving as she grows. Blossom will do best with a family who has the time and commitment to invest in play, training, and activities that help her burn off her puppy energy. With the right guidance and lots of love, this sweet girl is going to grow into an amazing companion.

Story
Hello Colter! If toys were currency, Colter would be the richest dog in town. This guy’s favorite thing in the entire world is a toy — and he usually has one proudly carried around in his mouth like a prized possession. Stuffies, balls, squeakers…if it’s a toy, Colter is all in. He’ll happily play fetch, but his personal favorite game is a spirited round of keep-away where he can show off his playful personality. His second favorite thing is attention, and he’s always happy to soak up pets and affection from his people. Coming in at a close third? Hanging out outside, where he can stretch his legs and explore. Colter is crate trained and does well being crated during a full work day, though he sometimes needs a little encouragement to head in. He’s still working on his housebreaking, but he’s a smart pup and a quick learner who is already making good progress. This energetic boy would thrive with a family ready to keep him active. Running, playing, and especially games of fetch are great ways to help him burn off his zoomies. Colter gets along well with other dogs as long as they respect his beloved toys, but he’d also be perfectly happy as the only dog soaking up all the attention. He can be a little shy when meeting new people, but once he warms up, his playful and affectionate personality shines through. With his intelligence, enthusiasm, and love of fun, Colter is ready to find a home that will keep him active — and keep the toy basket well stocked.
