Large Aussiedoodle Looking for Active Home from; Hickory NC We are looking for a loving and active home for our 3-year-old Aussiedoodle. This breed thrives with people who enjoy walking, outdoor activity, or have a yard or land. Story
Meet Jinkies!Jinkies is one of our newest residents in the shelter-swap program, which allows partner shelters to exchange long-stay animals to help increase their chances of adoption. She has already brought so much joy and energy to ICAS.This beautiful tan Australian Shepherd came to her previous shelter as an owner surrender through no fault of her own after her former family experienced a major life change. She is housebroken, and she will door-dash if given the chance, so her new family will need to watch for open doors. Jinkies is a vocal girl who loves to express herself and enjoys the company of all humans. She has not been around small children, so that part is unknown, but she did very well with teens. She also lived with cats previously and got along great with them. Jinkies is submissive, loves to run like a true track star, and may get a little jumpy when meeting new people simply because she gets excited. She recently joined a playgroup here with five other dogs and had an amazing time. It was a wonderful day for everyone involved. We always recommend meet-and-greets with resident dogs and children before adoption to ensure the best match.Come meet Jinkies in person to see how special she is and whether she may be the perfect fit for your family. Her adoption fee is 80.Jinkies / A3166103 years oldTan Australian Shepherd48.10 poundsSpayed femaleMicrochipped and up to date on vaccines and preventativesWe are located at 430 Bristol Drive in Statesville and open Monday–Friday from 12–5pm and Saturdays from 11am–2pm.
