super sweet 3 year old Australian shepherd. Preferably someone with previous experience with dogs as it did take him a few days to adjust to his new environment. However, he is very, very sweet! We believe he just needs a stable home with a family willing to give him the love he needs. Also would be better for an active family with a yard. He is microchipped and up to date on on vaccinations! He just doesn’t get along with our current dog

Sydney is up to date on vaccines for her age. Due to age, she is not spayed. She will be adopted on a spay/neuter contract which requires you to spay her at your expense within 12 months. Sydney is a very young puppy that is not house trained or crate trained. She will need patience and proper training to accomplish both. Sydney is an Australian Shepherd / Standard Poodle mix. She is not hypoallergenic and will shed. Weight: 7 lbs and growing, Sydney should reach about 45 lbs full grown. Height: 4 ins and growing, Sydney should reach about 20 ins full grown. Sydney requires a home with another active dog for socialization and play. She is a baby and needs play breaks as well as frequent and consistent potty times to aid in potty training. Sydney has never lived with cats. Doodle puppies are always in need of a canine friend, they love to run and play with one another. Doodle puppies are active, agile little babies, they need homes that are ready to tire them out both mentally and physically, so a fenced in yard will be required. Doodle puppies are very well rounded dogs, they do not meet strangers and would do well with a nice big family or a single owner! What matters most to a doodle puppy is a happy and excited owner ready to take on loving and training their new puppy! When raised around cats, with proper boundaries, puppies do very well, it is important to note that poodles can have a high prey drive. If you expect your puppy to get alone with your feline buddy, it’s important to start socializing the puppy with the cat as soon as you can! This pup has not had contact with cats that we know of and will not have contact while with their current foster. What is my personality like? Sydney is calm and quiet for a puppy. She will settle in nicely in her own home with a canine friend. Sydney does have her rambunctious moments but overall is a dream of a puppy. Lumpkin is a middle of the road kind of guy.  Easy going, clean in his crate and he loves his crate . When your one of a big litter, it makes sense that he enjoys his brothers and sisters but he also loves his own space.  He's not a jumpy/pester kind of guy in . He's more independent in a not aloof way but in a respectful way.  Two works come to mind for Lumpkin - laid back and easy going.  While we prefer to place puppies in homes with mentor dogs, Lumpkin is one that is confident enough that he could be an only dog if you have plans for socialization and romping with dogs his size a minimum of twice per week.   Lumpkin's mom Daisey is wonderfully gentle and sweet. Dakota is a high energy fun loving dog. He loves long walks and playing all the time. My husband and I had a mutual friend who was trying to rehome him since she was moving. He is a 12 month old Australian shepherd and a great Pyrenees mix. He is great with our 9 month old baby and has a good experience with older children. He does tend to be anxious with new people and a new home but with patience he will warm up to you. He is food motivated when it comes to food training. With his breed he needs a big back yard and needs to be worked since he is a working dog. He is potty trained and will let you know when he needs to go out. Still working on other commands but is trainable.

Hi! My name is Donut! Cute, huh? I was born on June 14, 2022. I was adopted from Heart of the Foothills as a puppy, but then ended up at the animal shelter in another county. The shelter contacted Heart since they were listed on my microchip. They were not able to ever reach my adoptive parents, so I went back to Heart and have been there ever since.I'm an Australian Shepherd, so I'm very sweet, but also very high energy. My very favorite thing to do is run around outside. I could run forever! I'd really love a home with a fenced in yard to help keep me safe while I explore and play. I also really love my swimming pool!I'm a very smart guy; I know several commands. I am friendly with other dogs, so if you already have a pup, I'd love to make friends with them! I would do best in an active household with older children. I'm still a young dog, so sometimes I don't understand my strength. I'm very friendly, but I may be a little much for a small child. Meet Haley, a loyal, sweet, and smart nine-month-old pup who is looking for her forever home. Haley is a playful girl who needs to be around medium to large dogs, or as an only dog. While she loves to play, she's also calm and loves to snuggle as long as she's had her exercise. Haley has been through level one obedience training and is house trained. She's up-to-date on all her shots, has been on heartworm and flea medication, and is about 45 pounds. She's met and loved younger children but would do best with children 12 and older. Haley has learned commands such as sit, down, heel, off, no, place, stay, drop it, come, and wait at the door. She still needs reinforcement with these commands, so an experienced dog parent would be ideal for her. In addition to being well-behaved indoors, Haley loves to run with her teen human companion and play fetch. She's crate, house-trained, and can come in and out of a dog door.
